Delamare Fortune Palace Chinese Restaurant in Cheshire West and Chester

Wow what a rubbish place come for the all you can eat buffet on Sunday called up night before as asked about it before hand told many dishes got there ordered two drinks cost 8.40 asked about the buffet not ready but it's over there 5 dishes to pick from and one starter soup . When back and said is that the buffet told yes said ok we're leave it but as drink have been done have to pay. They were so desperate for money paid and left will never go back that is not a buffet .

I thought it was great you had a gluten free menu but I was very disappointed the choice was different chicken both starter and main very bland, a nice taste sauce and different meats would be an improvement

If you want to go out for a nice time, don’t come here. Ordered for takeaway on a weekend day, building was empty peak time. Told we would get the food in 15 minutes however this did not happen. The workers laughed at us and b*tched about us in Chinese and sniggered. The restaurant wasn’t clean and unhygienic. 45 minutes later we received the food which was cold and portions were tiny. If I could give 0 stars I really would. Went to the Wok and had a much nicer experience at half the price, save yourself some money and a headache because after going here you’ll need to be taking paracetamol, and a lot of it. I don’t say this or write reviews really to be honest as I understand it can hurt business but it wouldn’t surprise me if this place shuts down in near future, and I hope it does.

Excellent food for all our 5 plus visits, excellent service too and always welcomed with a smile. Extremely informative on the food and the menu options.

Great Sunday lunch buffet style food. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Definitely worth a visit.

We love it here, we haven’t been in almost 2 years due to the current situation however the staff remembered us and they are so friendly, love the food , especially the salt and pepper chicken wings and bbq ribs. Lovely little place.

Good food and very friendly gent on front of house.Whole family always enjoys the meals and they have a number of vegan options, which keeps the wife happy. We also often get take away, only issue we have had is that it can get cold.Take away always seems busy so must be a good sign.

It was a awesome night here for my mam's birthday dinner, the food was amazing, All the staff was so friendly and super helpful. Definitely going again for her birthday next year.

Had a lovely meal with my fiancé, son and daughter-in-law on Sunday. Went for the Buffet and thoughrally enjoyed the meal. Plenty of choice for the buffet, food well cooked. my fiancé wanted to try the Lamb but it was all gone, so, they cooked him some fresh. The Restraunt was quiet, the service was very good. Our empty plates cleared quickly with little intrusion!! All the Staff are lovely, they are attentive, friendly and always professional. Thoughrally enjoyable couple of hours. Will definitely go again.

Great meal and staff. Very attentive on drink orders. Party of 5 booked in advance. We all went for set meal D. Loved it! Recommend elasticated clothes for comfort as it can be a lot of food! :P
