Domino's Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

I order my pizza one hour twenty five minutes ago, I still I didn't receive my order. very bad service...! I never order again...!!!!

Worst dominos out there...snotty little scouse women wouldn't deliver the pizza to the door....then 10mins later found out a neighbour got his delivered no problem...she just cant be arsed to do her job. The whole point of a delivery service is to deliver the pizza...what a joke.Will never ever order from here again. Absolutely disgusting service.

Would score zero if possible!! So there no contact delivery service they offer is clearly wrong....I've ordered hundreds of times and never have any problems....now they apparently don't deliver to your door if they don't want to.My phone rang to a snotty little scouse girl with the attitude to match telling me to come down and get my pizza! I said I have my child in bed to which she replied "well that's not my fault"What if I was isolating and couldn't get to the shops?? Instead I just finished a 14hour shift and didn't want to cook..........Absolutely disgusting.What's the point of being a delivery service unless you will deliver. Now I have to wait 3 days to get a refund. Never ever will I order from here again. Domino's are a disgrace.

Ordered online, then when it didn't turn up in the time that was stated on the Internet I rang to find out where the order was only to be told that it would take 2-3 hours, I simply wouldn't of ordered it had I been told the delivery would take so long, I then had to drive to collect the order, I asked for discount for the inconvenience only to be told that they couldn't offer any discount, they gave me a free large pot of garlic sauce, absolute joke. The pizza is over priced and I will never to using Domino's again.

Domino's store with free parking space? What could you ask more? Got to love it. But seriously Domino's Pizzas are great. This store is good, looked very clean and tidy. The stuff were very kind and helpful.

Food was delicious and couldn't be faulted but when the store call you three hours after eating your food, claiming you haven't paid, that's when my 5 stars go to 2 stars. Don't think I'll be ordering again from Chester North, will definitely be going back to ordering from the one in town - hopefully they won't try to double charge me.

Now where shall I start- if I could give 0 stars I would.Never have we had a problem with other dominos stores when ordering from them. When this store opened we have had to order from here when ordering online as apparently it is our nearest...Anyway- previous orders have had one or 2 small things wrong, but today takes the biscuit.It took over 90 minutes for our order to arrive despite being initially quoted 40-50 minutes. Which left me little time to eat and leave for work. The track our driver feature of the website said our pizza was 9 minutes away before being delivered over 30 minutes later.And to add insult to injury when it finally did arrive it was lukewarm and the cinni dippers had no icing to dip them in... oh how I just love plain cinnamon dough...Terrible service yet again from a terrible store.

Up till today, the food from here had been okay and the order has been correct.Would advise checking your order before leaving the premises if your are collecting.An order that should have had no mushrooms and extra onion was served with no onion ans extra mushrooms. The Cinni strips were also served without any sort of dip. Not really impressed today

Quality has gone down since this store opened. I always get something missing or an unwanted topping added. Pizza bases are now limp and soggy. Flavour has gone out the window. Prices still extortionate. Miserable delivery drivers.
