Flames in Cheshire West and Chester

The absolute worst customer service of any takeaway in the UK nevermind just in Chester. Ordered food they sent the wrong items so I rang them and politely asked the guy to replace My items with the items I ordered. He got aggressive and even threatened to stab me if I came near the shop.Absolute waste of money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Food was incorrect and thrown together. A plain burger was ordered but they delivered a cheese burger. When phoned they refused to fix the problem or other other solutions, even after informing them that the burger was for someone with a cheese allergy, they then proceed to get extremely aggressive and hung up.

We have being a customer over the years but to night meal was nice but it was just warm we place the order and phone put down on us order turn up with in few minutes it was nice but went cold in a few minutes it going to be very hard to order with them again

For the price the portion size is a joke the food was not edible it was so salty low hygiene coughing whilst behind the counter not a good place

Avoid at all costs. Questionable hygiene in the place and the staff! Do not all wear face coverings and certainly do not enforce it with their customers. Delivery people are rude and park like morons. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere there are much better places offering better food and value for money.

DO NOT USE.... THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND YOUR MONEY AMD DO NOT DELIVER FOOD!!! TGEY SAY TO JUST EAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED WHEN THEY HAVNT......... have waoted an hour for food, after a messege sayimg our food was on ots way, an hour later still no food!! Called up the man was shouting abuse at me down the phine a d told me it had been delivered, to which then he said oh no it hasnt you will have to wait another half an hour,We usually order from here every single week, and the way this man spoke to me and thw disgusting service i will never use again!!!

Avoid at all costs. Food is awful. Staff are so rude. Chicken is sat there all day with flies everywhere. Staff are dirty and smell of b.o.... takes 10 mins to deliver food from when u put the phone down. No matter what you order. So proves its sat there all day.

Decided to order as a treat. Completely wrong order arrived. Called to see if it could be rectified. The replacement food arrived. We were asked to return the incorrect food, and were told off for eating a slice of the pizza (which until tasting we didn't know was wrong) new food arrived and was also completely wrong AGAIN, thrown together, and covered in grease. Will not be using again

Ordered online, took over an hour and 20 to arrive. Driver tried to charge me extra for delivery even though it was free. Told him I wouldn’t, then he started having a go at me, swearing and not to order from them again. He soon shut up when I told him to tone it down with me otherwise I’d knock his teeth out. Oh and food was terrible and greasy as well. AVOID

So very disgusted by the customer service. We had our food delivered, chicken burgers inedible. When they delivered second time around they ordered us to pay again (which we refused) they began to be snotty with us and took the first order back. Then we phoned again to see why we were ordered to pay again and they became very hostile and verbally agressive. Will never order from here again. Disgraceful...
