Frankie & Benny's in Cheshire West and Chester

Food was lovely.. the team were working very hard and very attentive ..took the family out for my birthday and we had a great evening.. the young lady who served us even warmed my mother in laws ice cream cake up for us as it was too hard 😀😀

We visited earlier today for lunch, from the moment we walked in everyone we encountered were very welcoming. Our waiter was very helpful and was great with us as a large group with children(I think his name is Mike but I could be wrong, a very tall gentleman) I will be recommending the restaurant and going again! He also put a candle in my desert and had the birthday song played as it's my birthday which was a love touch to my day!

Visited today was welcomed and sat in a comfortable area served by a lovely tall man so friendly! I am travelling at the moment and have not see many restaurants with this type of decor. Food was delicious !

1st class service from the staff. Great meal. Cannot fault.

Disappointing.. Not a good branch of F&Bs. Just about okay pizza incinerated new York bbq chicken. Partially comp-ed but needs some check of standards

My partner is gluten and diary free and I'm amazed at how good they cater for his allergies. Gluten free pasta, pizza and burgers and vegan cheese options meant he enjoyed a lovely meal. The only issue was they only had oat milk as an alternative for hot drinks which he can't have and the puddings and milkshakes weren't dairy free so he couldn't have one either but on the whole a good experience

Very nice. The waitress was on point, never vacant for too long & checked up on us. Food was quick, efficient & yummy! Mocktail was gorgeous, and you can even pay online from your table for an efficiency bonus. Can't beat that!

Booked a table online even though it was a Tuesday. Glad I did as it was a little busy. Got seated straight away. Drinks were served and looked at the menu. The menu was smaller than I remember but there was still something for me who is vegetarian. Was served by Becky who was friendly, efficient and helpful. Really enjoyed our starters and main. Sadly was too full for dessert but they looked delicious. Will definitely go back.

Willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but F&B fell short on this visit, 1.5hours to get starter, a few items on the menu were not available and the food was only average. It was busy and we're only just coming out of a pandemic so will see how it is next time.

Took my mother out shopping for her birthday and wanted to go for something to eat... Couldn't get in anywhere, all tables were booked up as it was really busy. Went online and found that F&B's had a table so I booked on quick. The place was so packed, but the staff were all warm and welcoming. They were happy to take time to chat to us about food options and nothing was too much trouble. We had a gentleman waiter that I can't remember his name but was VERY tall. He really made my mum's birthday (she doesn't get out much due to ill health), and even my little girls day. Was joking with us and sang happy birthday to my mum with a free dessert! A fantastic experience, far better than any of the "high end" restaurants on the oaks!
