Where is Hayhurst Arms?

🏠 Bostock Green, Northwich CW10 9JP

"The Hayhurst Arms is a classic village pub which sits in the heart of Bostock, right beside the village green. It is a friendly, close-knit community and the pub forms a wonderful social hub where neighbours can meet for a chat and a pint, locals can bring friends and family for a bite to eat, and where visitors will find a warm welcome. You'll find log fires burning, lots of cozy corners to tuck yourself away, and a well-stocked bar right at the heart of things. When the sun shines, the pub is flooded with light, and our spacious terrace and gardens, which overlook the village green, are the perfect place for a spot of al fresco dining."

Went here last night for somewhere nice to have dinner with my fiance and father. Great outside seating and busy inside but the food was amazing! Had the sea bass for starter which was absolutely delicious and had a hint of chilli. Then for main, I had the slow roasted lamb which just fell off the bone- so soft. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and we will definitely be visiting again :)

Nice pub, good meal. We had the roast beef. Very tasty, but it was a bit tough. Everything else spot on though.

Went to the Hayhurst for a Sunday Dinner. In short, great if you’re a meat eater, but give it a miss if not.I had the mixed roast, it was genuinely awesome.Wife doesn’t eat meat so her Vegetarian option was mushroom pie, didn’t sound great. Someone ordered it on the table next to us, looked poor and they left most of it. She went of Cajun salmon instead which was a v poor substitute. When will restaurants learn, majority vegetarians will snap your hand off for a nice nut roast or even some good vegetarian sausages as the meat substitute, Mushroom pie, cheese pie etc just doesn’t work.Shame as the rest of the experience was pretty good.

Lovely welcome, warm fire and tasty food. Car park quite full as children were playing football but we found a space at the back. Only negative really is I wish the eggs benedict was on every week for brunch as standard as I look forward to it so always a bit disappointed when it's not on.

Had a lovely family meal for my brother's birthday last week. The restaurant was lovely and welcoming. The food was delicious. I have coeliac so was great to see a proper menu for my dietary requirements rather than just the odd couple of dishes. I had the patè and toast for starters the chutney that came with it was beautiful. I had the shoulder of lamb with mash and veg. It was absolutely beautiful. There was so much meat on it I was unable to finish it. All the family enjoyed their meals also. Our table was booked for 5pm so was very quiet but started to get busy around 6:30/7pm.Highly recommend

Tried here today for the first time with my fiancée. The place its self is amazing inside so warmly and welcoming with open fire. The food was excellent, really tasty and well portioned. Staff were polite and attentive, will definitely be returning in new year. Happy 2022

Classic British pub, great hot food in big portions, good ale on tap and friendly and polite staff.Went for a roast dinner whilst up to see some friends and had a lovely wholesome Sunday afternoon in here.. almost just felt like you were eating in a friends home, although without having to offer help with the washing up!!My only issue was not wanting (of struggling) to move after the pudding… I just wanted to nap!! Everything was really tasty and a great place for families and friends alike…Big recommend.. 👏🏻✊🏻👍🏻

Been here on many occasions previous to the visit today and have always received a warm welcome, even at busy times. A good range of food available that is always tasty and fresh. Staff are attentive and pleasant in the interactions, will be back in January - COVID restrictions permitting.

Amazing food, lovely setting. I've wanted to go for ages, dropped in on a whim and it didn't disappoint.

We were recommended the pub for good food and boy did it deliver! The food was lovely, the fish and chips being especially so. This place totally lived up to expectations and can highly recommend. They also have a good selection of draft ales and the staff were very friendly.
