Good food. Good service apart from the drinks. Asked two of the servers, got no joy. Went to the bar and asked for my drinks. The lady said she was going to serve another person and then deal with me. I then pointed out on her electronic display that I had already waited over 15 minutes and I had nearly finished my meal. A slightly shocked look and a few minutes later the drinks finally arrived. Strangely enough brought by the first person we asked to check on them.

Went for a mid shopping spree lunch with my husband. Service prompt and very friendly. Good selection on the menu with great value for money. I had lasagne and husband went for the all day breakfast. Although the restaurant was busy with families due to it being Easter holidays food arived promptly and was piping hot . Will definitely be returning soon as think it's a better value option than the likes of Costa for lunches.

Food was good and tasty but not piping hot like you would hope like it had been on a hotplate for a while. Served too fast to be cooked to order otherwise good food.

Decided to pop in for a quick bite to eat. If I had not paid upfront I wouldn't have paid the bill. After waiting over an hour I was told that our food would still be a further 10 to15 mins. Suspect our order had gone astray. No apology and not even the offer of a drink or partial refund. Quick frankly customer service beyond poor. You may have a captive audience at Cheshire Oaks but you seem to take it for granted.

For a start personally this places doesn’t even deserve one star! The food was absolutely awful! We received pink chicken, to be told it is frozen and steamed! We were told cooking appliances weren’t working even thought the manager wasn’t aware! A certain member of staff was so rude at the way she spoke to paying customers! Chicken goujons were hard, bread was stale and the service was shocking all I can say is one of the managers was absolutely brilliant with the way she dealt with the situation! Just gutted that what was supposed to be a nice meal out for a friends birthday has been ruined by the poor standards!100% would not recommend!!!

Apple crumble looked like a school dinner came with the spoon already in the bowl like it was just plucked off another table. Food looks nothing like the menu and don’t even bother with the crown of burgers from their big plates section just 6 warm sliders with fries piled on top nothing special. Get what you expect from a chain/franchise that gets everything in frozen. When you order they bring knives and forks over in a diner basket, ours came over with no forks, like?? It’s not hard to notice that, is it? Obviously, no hate to the staff at all tho bet they’re over worked on minimum wage so I don’t blame them, although there isn’t much customer service going on, no check ups during the meal.Just naff.

Location great staff fantastic friendly and helpful food was delicious thankyou very enjoyable

·

Food was very slow where the main came before the starters. Hair in my meal blackcurrant soda was manly soda. Disabled toilets dirty with rusty rails so no chance in could be cleaned.

·

Good food at reasonable prices and decent portion sizes. Very friendly staff nothing is a problem. Would come again

·

Food was cold and brought out separately, mains 10 mins apart. Their pigs in blankets are vile.
