Disgusting stay away!!! Food arrived freezing cold, the chicken was full of black bits. After ringing up to explain we were unhappy the staff member Nas on the phone was extremely rude, refusing to even refund the one completely inedible chicken meal. No apology at all just rudeness and sarcasm! 0 star

Have been getting food from Karai Lounge for many years. The food is tasty and always of good standard. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

An amazing takeaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, and every dish we bought was very tasty. We especially liked Saag Paneer.We were visiting Chester for the weekend, and after a long day of travelling we collected the takeaway to enjoy at our Airbnb and we weren't let down.Highly recommend if you're in the area and want a takeaway.

Used this place a few times and food is always good. However tonight they got our order wrong and when my girlfriend phoned them up he called her a liar! He said my girlfriend ordered wrong!! He then started to tell me to LISTEN MATE! She got it wrong and your food is out for delivery. Which by the way was over 1 hour! I will never ever ever use this takeaway again. What an absolute disgrace of a business. How dare they speak to there customers like that.

Staffs are very cordial, honest, punctual, sincere and dedicated to satisfy customers choice. Foods are very delicious. Their cleanliness is remarkable. I used to have their food frequently. So, I would like to recommend all of them, who are fond of spicy food.

I orderd a takeaway, dilivery was swift but the food made both me and my partner sick for a few days. (it's the middle of the night day two with runs on the toilet I write this review) The breads where lovely but the curries where shocking. I've had better ready made curry at asda. The curry was all oil and sugar.

Last night we ordered 9 different main dishes, with 24 items in total (including starters and sides). Everything was absolutely spot-on: delivered on time, not a single error, every dish perfectly cooked & delicious. Staff are always very helpful, especially in making vegetarian dishes that aren't on the menu. It's such a shame to read that some people have had bad service - we've never had a bad experience here.
