KFC in Cheshire West and Chester

Rubbish service, only just reopened recently after a refurb and inside restaurant closed and drive through only, one person said they had been waiting in the que for over half an hour and had only moved 3 car spaces. For such an ideal location the service is dreadful avoid here and go to Chester!

I'm in the restaurant now. Still waiting for my meal after 20mins. The bins provided outside are filthy and full. The bin inside is filthy and full. One person here been served after 40min wait for food, half cold & order is wrong. 6 of us waiting for food. 7 tables with food on nobody cleaning them, if thefront ofhouse is like this I assume the back is the same. I suggest you send a member of seniour management to this venue to see for yourself. 2 of us just requested a refund.

Waited 20 mins in the drive through queue only to be told there were no wraps once we got to the front! Why not put a sign out. And the service seriously needs to speed up too. And staff could smile once in a while

Clean enough, decent food not dried and old but on Sundays the wait is quite long😬

Queues were massive so went inside to order.Took 30minsChicken on the burger was burnt.Wrong order given and the fact an employee (lady) was moaning about her job, just says it all. 24th April around 3pm. I'd suggest employing people who actually want/need a job, especially after what happened during covid times.

They over charged meThe vegan burger with drink is £4.49 and I was charged outside the deal for each item separately.They ran out of stock and what ever I wanted to order they were saying sorry we can not order that which eventually I did not take anything for my self and just ordered for my friend.

The outlet is great however, the service is not so good. Some of my takeaway food was missing and the drinks were half full. The staff appear to rush while it was not busy.

Dreadful service. Ordered via Just Eat and although delivery was quick, half of the order was missing. No answer on the phone to ask them to deliver what was missing and the voicemail said leave your details and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. However, it also stated any issues you have need to be addressed directly with Just Eat and it appears that it takes them up to 48 hours to get back to you too! So basically half of your party are stuck without food and there's naff all you can do about it!! What a load of rubbish.

Sorry unavailable!Not sure what was happening when we went as they had no gravy, rice bowls , beans , sauces.Service was fine but lack of the basics wasn't really acceptable.

Really pleasant friendly lady serving through the drive through, quick service good chicken.
