Drive through not intercom working, no note to say it wasn't working, they just expect you to wait and figure it out. Service at the kiosk also a bit chaotic and no apology or explanation as to why they don't have a note on the drive through intercom, just a shrug of the shoulders. They also got the order wrong but wasn't going to drive back.

Just a ordinary kfc. However today they had no beans for sides. It also sounded like they had had none for a few days, which is quite bad. And the server had no idea there was a problem, all staff should be fully briefed at start of shift to enable the best customer experience.Also there was no real explanation and no well we'll give you a discount for not having everything you wanted, just what other side do you want. Quite bad PR really. I think you need to up your game.

Visited on a Sunday evening. Not busy at all. Ordered on the screen and collected order quickly. Enjoyed our food and restaurant was clean and tidy. The only issue we had was the toilets were not clean and in abit of a mess to be honest. This was a bit disappointing as there were lots of staff around and someone could of gone to clean them. Hopefully it was on the radar to be done but at the time of our visit they felt neglected.

As directed i Waited in the car park as Chicken was not ready. My order subsequently given to another customer in error who must have thought it was Xmas. Went inside and was given another portion after a short wait. Enjoyed what I had.

Only reason I have given 1star is because you can't give zero.We were there on Thursday 2nd June, we waited 45 mins. For the lady behind the counter to keep shouting, no beans, no grave, no corn, etc. The whole place was dirty tables, toilets etc. The drive through Que were getting served, however everyone inside were just left standing. It's supposed to be fast food as one lady who complained said. She made a valid point that if they can't provide the service that people are paying for then close the place. It's only last Yr that everything had to be super clean now it has gone completely out of the window and nobody seems to care. Absolutely disgusting service and property. Won't be back again and I would tell people avoid it like like Covid or Monkey pox.

Staff absolutely useless, asked for a still drink which was like water (meant to be apple and blackcurrant squash). Husband took it back and saw iced tea on menu - drinks girl obviously had no idea this was still. We both ordered exactly the same meal box with different sides which was obviously very confusing as they managed to get those wrong too. Wondered why everyone else was checking their bags before leaving. Toilets were dirty. Whole disappointing experience took about half an hour but one of them managed to fit in an introduction of her child to another member of staff to coo over- he was served promptly and didn't return to the pick up area so his order was definitely correct. Dont know if there's a manager but if there is he/she could do with a course on managing. Safe to say we'll give it a miss in future.

Yeah, pretty much okay. They ran out of Twitter Wraps which wasn't obvious from the self service kiosks. The staff were helpful about that though and the service itself was pretty quick. I can imagine when it gets busy, it's not so quick, but no complaints from me.

I'm in the restaurant now. Still waiting for my meal after 20mins. The bins provided outside are filthy and full. The bin inside is filthy and full. One person here been served after 40min wait for food, half cold & order is wrong. 6 of us waiting for food. 7 tables with food on nobody cleaning them, if thefront ofhouse is like this I assume the back is the same. I suggest you send a member of seniour management to this venue to see for yourself. 2 of us just requested a refund.

They over charged meThe vegan burger with drink is £4.49 and I was charged outside the deal for each item separately.They ran out of stock and what ever I wanted to order they were saying sorry we can not order that which eventually I did not take anything for my self and just ordered for my friend.

Dreadful service. Ordered via Just Eat and although delivery was quick, half of the order was missing. No answer on the phone to ask them to deliver what was missing and the voicemail said leave your details and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. However, it also stated any issues you have need to be addressed directly with Just Eat and it appears that it takes them up to 48 hours to get back to you too! So basically half of your party are stuck without food and there's naff all you can do about it!! What a load of rubbish.
