All great. Staff excellent, food amazing. Location right where you need it to be, in the middle of town. Don't worry, from your rooms you can't hear a thing outside. Sunday morning church bells, what more can you ask for.

Had the Stone bass fillet and 4 sides. Delicious. Downside , the fillet was very very tiny. Dessert was described as a pavlova. It wasn't. It was too hard. Very overpriced and these issues need to be addresses. Staff were excellent . 3 stars due to price and quantity.

Overpriced menu, felt uncomfortable as staff were prestige, rude and sharp, service wasn’t good - not tip worthy and not a good dining experience. Definitely not worth the hype or price.

We enjoyed a delectable lunch at la brasserie. We ordered sandwiches, cakes & scones with cream. The service was friendly, polite and efficient.Would definitely recommend a visit as a treat 😊. For 3 of us including tea & bottled water & service tip was approx £60

Relax in gently lit surroundings, allow attentive staff to serve, then indulge in quality tea's and coffees, delicious scones with cream and jam, or try the soup de jour, usually a delightful treat. So, my advice give them a try.

Excellent Food there ar the moment. The current Chef is tops. Coupled with excellent service , it us a pleasure to visit. Pity they have had to move seating out of Bar area as it looks s bit empty . Hopefully, back to normal soon .

Very much enjoyed a sweet treat and fruit juice on my visit. The service was perfect and all the staff attentive and friendly. The surroundings; a little bit of old fashioned luxury.I was seated at 11.45am and the restaurant was really starting to fill up by 12.15pm so I would recommend booking in advance if possible. The caramel, chocolate and crumble tart shown was heavenly!

What an amazing place. The staff, to begin with, are lovely. The atmosphere was beautiful. But the food, my word, what a treat! Totally worth coming here for any of the food. What a fantastic experience!

Fab, brill, hip and groovy! Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble, amazing food in Brasserie so Simon Radley would be sublime!Amazing rooms set in a fabulously decorated hotel. The chandelier is something to behold.Five star so expensive but if you want a special experience go there, seriously, as a one off give it a go!!!!If coming with car ask for valet parking.Only slight niggle is the size of the lift which might be awkward if you are using a mobility scooter though we had no problems. We have had a lovely time here.

Food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. We throughly enjoyed our menu. Recommend the Cote de Boeuf which is for two- absolutely divine! A wonderful evening. It was worth every penny and we were surprised at the bill as thought it would be more.
