What a shame that their customer service lets them down.I was waiting to pay for several items with one member of staff manning the tills. Eventually she rang for help and after two rings someone came to help. Not to clear the queue but to help her to work out what to do.In the end I had to leave the goods that I wished to buy as I could not wait any longer to pay. One wonders why their profits are not good.

I believe this is marks and Spencer’s flagship store. It’s possible it was but things have gone down a cliff here. I went to buy my son and myself some suits, shirts, ties and shoes. We went to Next first (🤦) and I told my son marks will be better 🤦 it was worse!! I can honestly say it reminded me of Burtons. Staff need to get a grip, all they seem to want to do is chat and avoid the customers. Seems to me that this ship is sinking or sunk.

First time visiting the store. Well presented, loved the different departments and franchises.Oh my, the cafe is absolutely dire. About 6 staff, nobody getting served, really wanted to follow the people in front of us when they got so fed up waiting and left. Another regular customer stated it was always very slow. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Cheshire Oaks Store - visited on am of 14th Feb to choose Valentines meal. Sadly the advertised meal displays poorly signed with all products far too crowded together causing congestion at these key display points. Did not feel covid secure in food area, yet M&S could have displayed differently. Not clear what was included and what cost extra. Huge queue for the only staffed checkout. Automatic till systems not working correctly nor clearly showing promotional prices. Not just a poor M&S shopping experience it was a poor shopping experience anywhere.

·

Huge shop with a very large collection of products from the food market to baby clothing and school uniforms. They stock a large collection of men and women clothing line. The parking is free up to 5h, they will check your license plate via video cam.

Firstly what a beautiful building and surrounding, love all the oak structure inside, its vast open spaces makes you feel calm even when it's busy. My husband and i came to purchase him a suit for a upcoming wedding. Happy to say out of the wide selection of choices he managed to purchase a 3 piece suit 👌 which he's pleased with. Everything seemed organised when trying everything on. Plenty of hand sanitiser dotted around. Had a nice cup of tea and cake in the cafe which is situated on the first floor, which was very pleasant. They have a large selection of clothes for men, ladies and children also home wares and a lovely food Hall, most of all Plenty of parking and it's free.

Visited yesterday on the hunt for a suit for an upcoming wedding.First of all the building is stunning and absolutely massive. Inside it is vast, with all the usual departments (men's, women's, children's) and a large M&S food hall. There is also a cafe on the first floor. With it being such a large branch the selection of products they have on offer is also extensive which helps when you are carrying a few extra pounds and looking for a suit to hide that.

·

One of the largest Marks and Spencer's stores in the country, carrying almost all the stock. The store is well laid out and straightforward to navigate. It doesn't feel overly busy as the aisles are plenty wide enough. There is a large car park, with an upper and lower level. Facilities are suitably clean. The cafe is a bit of a let down, the food is overpriced and adequate at best.
