Mcdonald's Restaurant in Cheshire West and Chester

I am going to start this review by saying that overall, I enjoyed dining in this establishment and the toilets were to notch. The 1 star is for a few reasons and I will start with number 1; there was a manager in the kitchen not wearing a hat or hair net to prevent hair going in food and he had a Top Knot. the second reason being the entire establishment was far to large for a person like myself. I couldn't reach the Ordering Machine as it was 1000 times larger than myself. When I went to pay, absolutely no one even noticed I was there which I will put down to it being busy and I was surrounded by tall people, I had to climb up what felt like Mount Everest just to speak to someone to no avail. Eventually I got my food but couldn't carry it to the table as the tray was enormous, it was like carrying a football pitch. I finally got to the table to eat my food when I realized every one of my fries was the size of the empire state building and the burger was as it as the Taj Mahal. I do realize that this establishment is not made for my kind (I'm an Ant you see) so take my review with a grain of salt (more like boulder in my case). Please try to accommodate my kind and I will bump this review up to 2 stars, Thank's.

Good food, service a little slow at that time in morning, maybe staff absence or simply reduced staff before 9am.

Never order food through the McDonalds website or app. It takes more than 2 hours to get food. When i ask the delivery people, they said that they also get food after waiting for 1 hour. When the delivery people asked about the order, they said that the order receipt had been missed and that the order would be placed asap. but they didn't give food asap. If you need food quickly, it is best to order food using an app like uber eats or just eat.

1st visit for years and very disappointed....I used to enjoy the filet of fish but this was wafer thin, tasteless and over done. The bun was dry and very little tartare sauce, fries were like cardboard but on the plus side, the bottled water was cold!

Shut at 11 according to website and Google. Staff decide to shut at 10. Order on app went through, paid for, can't be collected. Arrive at 10.20, nah no entry we're shut. No refund. Not the first time, clearly won't be the last.

Mcflurry had little topping and not stirred. Other halfs to chips be were cold. Had over 10 "orders for collection" but guy called our number and was not even the right number....

Always slow unfortunately....constantly priorities given to just eat etc....it's getting out of hand pleae look after the people stood in front of you first. I had to ask for money back asmy lunch break was running out. McDonald's used tk be fast food not any more

Busy but efficient service.Ordered on app and delivered to my table by a polite lady.Food was hot which is a bonus in McDonald's.

Ordered a meal to be delivered to my flat food never received the food as the over weight delivery driver refused to come up the stairs when it is a delivery to door service I couldn’t leave the flat as there was a child asleep, he then went on to swear and call me all sorts of names even though I had buzzed him into the building a good 3 or 4 times he was very threatening and vile he then proceeded to get in his car and drive away with my meal he then marked the meal as delivered when it clearly wasn’t. I then tried to contact the man and he verbally abused my sister and myself down the phone. What a disgusting and vile person. Really need to think who you are hiring to deliver your goods McDonald’s and Just eat will not be ordering again.

I know I was the one who accidently put no burger pattys instead of no Ketchup but who ever sent it was blatantly taking the p**s.Why would I of ordered a triple cheeseburger just to ask you to take the 3 burgers out.It was obvious I wanted a plain triple cheese burger and hit (NO Pattys) by mistake.Option should be removed I've seen a few people who have done this, who is ever gonna wanna remove the burgers, no one.Very Funny who ever made it and sent it out, I would of probably done the same thing to be fair. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 [email protected] time I come in I'm taking all the napkins.
