Midnight Express in Cheshire West and Chester

Food is what it should be but the volume of the music from the kitchen is way too much - I live upstairs!!

Pizza literally arrived with half missing!! And stone cold… do not order from here!!!!

Bad customer service. Phoned too see how long my food would be as it was late, was told 7-8 minutes then phoned half an hour later to be told my order has been cancelled

Does not even deserve that as half of the order didn't Arrive, and the gravy was stone cold as if it had come out of the fridge! kebab was not cooked properly and the bread it arrived on was not toasted! greasy deffo will not be ordering from here in a hurry! called to complain and told will call back still waiting for a explanation 11/2hr later do NOT USE

Ordered a snack basically and they couldn’t even manage to deliver it within 2 hours, I rang up and spoke calmly explaining my situation, the person operating the phone was mumbling and said it’s on its way, despite it saying it being on its way for the past 2 hours. I waited up until my third hour and they still did not deliver my food but updated the status of the order to delivered, this is disgraceful would never order from here again first and last time and I’ll be getting my money back!

Placed an order, it come wrong, we rang up to either get it swapped or the money back to be told we have to wait up to an hour, this was 11.20pm. When they then did they sent the rudest driver ever to drop the food off who was really aggressive acting like it was our fault that they couldn't read simple instructions avoid if you like quality food an service

After a long shift on my new job, called in at 2.30am for a pizza! Few staff there and I think the manager also. All really lovely and friendly. Pizza was the BEST and didnt take long at all. Will definetely be calling here again. Thank you guys!

Go here all the time, staff are really pleasant and extremely helpful. Food is on time no issues and quality is great. Ordered all sorts of ways just eat, phone, face to face etc and always bang on no issues :)

The customer service was disgusting they told me to get lost and go away, said I was taking the mick, which I wasn't they just couldn't understand what I was saying so they hung up on me. I called back to explain the situation I explain clearer which then he realised I was giving him a post code I don't know what he thought I was saying then I got my order after 20 mins of stress and being hung up on not happy don't ever buy from here terrible customer service and they don't care for you just your money bunch of scumbags

This place is terrible. Called up after waiting an hour for the food to ask how long it was going to be and the man I spoke to replied "I'm busy you'll have to wait for your food" and then put the phone down. The food finally came after an hour and a half and it was cold and wasn't worth the wait or price
