Morrisons Cafe in Cheshire West and Chester

I have visited the cafe a few times. Sometimes the portions are large sometimes they are not..I got a soda water from the dispenser .. which should be free.. but got charged £1.49.. I questioned it at the till only to be told there is no option for soda water.. the food was nice though. Only had to wait about 15 mins so wasn't bad.. wasn't too busy when I went there.

Been coming here for years however it has noticeably gone downhill recently - went today for breakfast firstly no available cups then had to clear the previous persons plates off the table - Breakfast arrived Luke warm and no sauces - then shock horror all knives and forks had run out - so food was being delivered with no means to eat it - waited 10 mins to get cutlery by then breakfast stone cold - what's going on presumably a lack of trained staff

Popped in for a all day breakfast after a trip to the hospital slightly disappointed as they had a menu change and no black pudding (included) on the breakfast now

Great service, breakfast cheap £4.95 but very standard.

We have been Mr Wangs few times. Twice in a bigger group and few times as a couple. Food is really good. It is always tasty and plentiful. We have never had any issues with staff and I think it is also reasonably priced.Best Chinese restaurant in the Bolton/Wigan area. Well worth the money. I recommend the 'All you can eat buffet'

My father had to send his food back as his 'fresh' food was hard, the floor and tables were dirty, my chair had hard tomato sauce on and my dad's chair was broken, gutted as I visit the hospital regularly and frequently come to the café as a pit stop for food but the café has just gotten worse and worse

Went in on a Saturday an hour before they shut. Very quiet .... just 3 tables, so why did our food take over 45mins and even then the macoroni cheese was still frozen in the middle. My chicken tikka was however good. No clean knives or spoons, one coffee machine not working. Staff very polite but overwhelmed by just 3 table orders. Yes that's all the customers they had. If this was a high street restaurant they'd have no customers left and have to shut so come on Morrisons get this cafe up to scratch.

Large group went... half got fed a good 45 mins before the rest of the orders arrived stone cold. I appreciate they was busy but it's not the first time this has happened here... won't be using the cafe again.
