Moules a Go-Go in Cheshire West and Chester

1st visit: gave four stars- Great food and reasonably priced. The oysters were fantastic but the balsamic and red onion served with them not so good (no salsa verde options). Outdoor seating is available and customer service was good. We would definitely go again.2nd visit- updated to five stars, we made this booking last minute, the customer service was outstanding, the food and cocktails were top quality, we were unbelievably impressed with the quality of the service we recieved, the staff recommended drinks and food and checked with each course to see if we were happy with the meal or needed anything else. Completely flawless. Dining is available both upstairs and downstairs, a special price on 1 or 2 courses ordered before 6pm. Bathrooms are upstairs.3rd visit, great food, last minute visit, customer swrvice amazing, tables were quite sticky and in need of a deep clean

Really enjoyed the visit. Mussels were perfect. We had the Thai broth and it was amazing. We also had green beans and mushrooms as two sides and they were delicious. Great to see reasonably priced sides. Service was attentive and friendly. Would go to Chester just to eat here.

The food was lovely, nice and hot too which is always good. Place looked lovely and the staff were very helpful. Our waitress was very young but you could see she tryed to do well. Only thing I would say it may be difficult for some people as the toilets are up stairs.

The team could not have been more helpful, nothing too much trouble. We needed a bit more space and they made it happen. Service with a smile. Food excellent and good value. Well presented. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Support a local restaurant please. You won't be disappointed.

Great setting, good atmosphere and they dealt very well with a large group of people. The mussels were lush but the steak was very tough.... We didn't complain as they did so well otherwise and as I say, the mussels were yummy

Amazing atmosphere, great service and delicious food!

We had an absolutely beautiful meal here last night (Valentines Day) The food was amazing and the service brilliant too. Really loved the atmosphere and how the whole building is done up, it's perfect. Will definitely be going back!

+ Beautiful interior.+ Amazing atmosphere with candles.+ Delicious food. Loved the "Blue Pot", but wasn't a fan of the "Harlech Pot" so had to switch it with my girl.+ Can book a table through "Open Table."- The food is a bit pricey.

Thank you Duncan and all at Moules a go go. This is our go to favourite restaurant in Chester. We had booked our work’s Christmas party but unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid. We re booked for Saturday. There were 9 of us and we all had beautiful meals, the whole team were so helpful and accommodating. Perfect as always 😄👏

An amazing find. Husband loves mussels so we visited this place for a late lunch/early evening meal. The mussels were delicious as was the seabass. Service was really good, well looked after.
