Nando's - Cheshire Oaks in Cheshire West and Chester

Collection services are shocking. Ignored me, talked to other guy and closed window on me. Last time was standing for 5 minutes and been ignored by all staff. Food ok but chester one way better. Make sure you got everything. Twice had issues with missing items in there and had to call them back.

Visited Nandos after a long day out. Although they were busy due to it being a Saturday evening, they were more than attentive. They were friendly, welcoming and kept a smile throughout our visit. They were great with my 8 year son and offered to charge our phone due to battery dying throughout the day. Absolutely overwhelmed with their service. Well done 👏

Amazing place to have a lovely time and eat! One of our favourites. Great customer service and the best chicken as always with Nando’s.

A decent choice of restaurant when wanting to go out to eat. The food was good, though the chicken was little under seasoned. Additionally, the seating could have been better as we were directed to a small, cramped table in the corner when there were plenty of open tables.

Was absolutely amazing, even when chips were accidently spilt on my Mrs they were replaced with a whole plate within 10 seconds. Excellent service amazing food always enjoy.

Been here a few times, always busy, but surely that means it's a good place. Staff are always nice and service is brilliant. But this time they ran out of peri fries! I nearly flipped the table in rage 😅

Just so annoyed how I was treated by the staff.This Nandos branch is so unprofessional.Staff are so laid back and rude and have no passion for the job they might as well Quiet and I'm sure there would be better candidates willing to work even the manager don't seem to headline the store very well.Staff approaching when entering was good.Was told Waiting time is 30min for a table is acceptable.But there were empty tables that were not being cleared as a staff is standing around talking as other customers waiting outside in the cold getting frustrated. Beside useThe most annoying part when ordering food was this Young man was not helpful as I had to repeat myself 3 times when ordering and still my order was still wrong. as he not paying attention and then he became very rude when I requested 3 glasses of water as he bent down he smirk and shaking his head, I also repeated 3 times of my reward card number as I've not brought my card with me. He said there an error and I ask can you give me the code instead. ( he raised his voice) and I keep my self charm and paid. I was waiting for my receipt he handed it to me holding the corner of the paper on purposely.I'm not sure is it because I'm Asian I hope I'm wrong but the customer service is unacceptable.Their Hygienic side of this Nandos was terrible. When I was handed with plates it was dirty beside nife and forks was dirty and nothing was clean to a standardSelf-serving Nandos Sauce ( Bottles was stuck).I will never come back to this branch ever again.

Friendly staff but sticky tables. Our first visit to Nando's for a few years and the quality and value for money has fallen substantially. Small portions and the bread in the chicken burger was not fresh. Won't be going again.

Went as a group of 9 ....at first it was great ..until we waited 45 mins for our dessert. Then we had to ask were was it ...then to be told oh sorry but we don't have some of the things you ordered. Yes mistakes happen and I am sure it was just a one off . .well I'd like to think so . Staff were very efficient and helpful.
