Pizza Express in Cheshire West and Chester

Very good food, wasn't as busy as other places in Chester as its a little more out of the way. Great staff- friendly and helpful, reminded us to make the most of offers, etc on app. Nothing bad to say at all 🙂

Cozy environment, lovely food and a new lunch menu with delicious pizza wraps for a good price. Never disappointed in Pizza Express and our visit here continued that trend of good eating experiences.

I feel really bad leaving this review because it aches me_ It has nothing to do with the food but the customer service. Or the lack of.After walked in, we asked for a table of two and the gentleman pointed to a table at the entrance of the door. I politely asked if we could have a seat a bit further away from the door as it was cold and wanted to stay warm. We were told that we could not sit anywhere else, in a total empty restaurant. What really got me isn't that we couldn't sit have a seat where we wanted but rather the way the man behaved. We left immediately.A waiter has only one job and that is to be pleasant. If you can't do that, what else can you.I shall never ever go back there again.

Had a lovely meal this evening, food was very nice. Service excellent, very attentive waiters, definitely recommend. Well done to you all, it felt very comfortable and that you are all enjoying your work 😜

I enjoyed the food, and it was a lovely way to spend family time together. I thought our server was a bit grumpy, and acted as though he didnt want to be there - hence 4 stars, not 5.

Nice restaurant, pizza nice pasta ok. Tables a little close together for the 2 seating tables

This place is fantastic, manager and staff work like a well oiled machine. The service here could teach some high class restaurants a thing or two and the food was just delicious, I cannot speak highly enough about this particular pizza express and will be going back every time we visit Chester.Thank you for making our day.

Great atmosphere even during COVID-19. The food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Its very good that pizza express are still doing unidays discount when so many other chains have dropped their discount. Shoutout to the manager Lyndon, we had a great enjoyable evening and will definitely come back! Just fix the tap in the Gents toilets so we don't get soaked when lifting the tap too far 😁

Good food, nice atmosphere but felt as if the staff were constantly watching or standing over the table ready to take your plate.. felt a bit uncomfortable.. three course meal for 12.99 was a great price but customer service needs to be improved

This particular pizza was one of the most memorable in my life. They seemed to get everything right with this one.I get the American with an egg in the middle. The bread / crust was the perfect consistency of soft and crunchy. Something about the tomato sauce seemed like it was freshly made by a grandmother that morning. The size and crunchiness of pepperonis are brilliant.I wish this chain was in the US.
