Pizza Hut in Cheshire West and Chester

Would not deliver to me as I live in blacon sat nav says it's 3 miles from the shop I have paid for it already wouldn't use them again

Shocking, wrong food delivered late, they offered money back, not what you want when you expect service, very helpful to.fix their errors but need to.focus on getting it right. Who wants to wait another 1hr for your food. So sorry so sorry just do your job

Ordered twice so far and both times the pizza was amazing as it was generously loaded with toppings.

Excellent pizza, fast delivery. Excellent customer service from the delivery driver too. Highly recommend.

Awful! Couldn’t find stuffed crust on the menu. Phoned the shop and was told to order them phone back and they would put a not on the order. Did everything they asked and ended up with an over done classic crust. Called the store again and was offered a new pizza but just wanted my money back at this point, given a number which no one answers and was directed to the website by an automated message. Waiting for a response. Genuinely will never use Pizza Hut again. Awful!

This place has gone right down hill. Waited in there for a long time to be told part of my order was forgotten. To be honest I was relieved at hearing this because the longer I was stood in there the more repulsed I was becoming. People making deliveries walking in and making up boxes without washing hands. There was a foul smell in there. It was dirty rotten. If you seen inside there you wouldn't order online. Never got an apology off the man at the counter, terrible customer service. Avoid this place. I got a refund and walked out, off to domino's where its cleaner and better service.

Pizzas are as good as ever. Unfortunately the deals they used to have are not as good. Staff are friendly but take quite a while to realise customers are in the place.

Accidentally ordered the wrong item so called up to amend it, the man I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and nice! Food arrived quickly after this and was delicious. Such an easy and straightforward place to order from, will be ordering again :)

I used to order from dominos, but had terrible customer service.Recently we’ve been using Pizza Hut and we’ve really enjoyed the food.Today we was missing a bottle of pop from our order when it arrived, I called the restaurant and they was happy to send this again and apologized.The staff was so helpful, and within no time the pop arrived.I was so happy with the food, and to go above and beyond to get the missing item to us, just made sure we will continue to order from you going forward.

Do not waist your money. Ordered off Uber eats and got a burnt pizza and items missing, the pizza tasted weird and more like bread than pizza.Pop was missing dips where missing,Pizza was burnt so I rang and they sent me another out which was also overcooked.Might just be this delivery store because Ive used pizzahut on and off for years and it was way better than Domino's.Not anymore the pizza crust is horrible and hard. I've put some pictures up.Also all black burnt bits from the oven all over the base not something I wanna be eating.If your gonna order ,order off deliveroo and get it delivered from the pizza hut restaurant not the delivery chains.The difference in quality is night and day.
