Prezzo - Ellesmere Port in Cheshire West and Chester

We went there a couple of weeks ago, served by a nice gentleman by the name of Jacob he was brilliant, very empathetic you need more like him, and the food was fantastic.

Took the family for dinner at Prezzo Cheshire Oaks today and could not fault the food or the service.We were attended to by a lovely young lady called Ellie who went above and beyond to make sure we our needs we’re all catered for, she was really well groomed and professional.The starters Bruscetta and Prawn dishes were delicious and mains pizza, sea bass, lasagne and vegetarian tagliatelle were beautiful. We followed these with sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and the cheesecake ended a perfect meal. Will definitely be returning again thank you

I use to be a regular customer at Prezzo Cheshire Oaks, recently we have been turned away 5 times saying it is bookings only, even though we have tried to book and there was system issues. I expressed to the person at the door that we have been turned away 5 times now and surely they can seat us this time ( bare in mind the restaurant was half empty). I am very disappointed by the service provided and how easy it was for them to not care about what a customer was expressing a regular one as well. Will not be going back there.

The orange and pomegranate cooler was really good. Pasta was really filling.

Absolutely fantastic!From when we arrived to when we left we were treated impeccably.Staff went above and beyond, were so attentive and we experienced prompt efficient service throughout.Thanks very much, we'll be back!

The food served here is top quality. It's beautifully presented and tasted amazing! You're not waiting too long before you're eating either. Just the right amount of time between starter, main and dessert is great so you're not just continually eating or waiting ages for you're nest course. The kids meals are also great, plenty of variety for three courses at £6.50!
