Ring O’ Bells in Cheshire West and Chester

Great pub with fantastic food ! Staff always friendly & plenty of then so they always have "time" for you which makes it feel like a personal atmosphere.

Nice place, good food but staff do not pay attention to the customers, the waitress throw the bill on the table because she was just finishing her shift.

Good food. Steak was very nice, and when they said it was rare it was rare, unlike most pubs where you end up with a medium rare when you order rare. Only negative real ale was not brilliant

The food was good but the service was average. It took a long time to be offered a drink and to have our order taken, we didn't get offered a dessert menu or for more drinks. I has a pizza which was delicious.

Visited yesterday, my partner wanted a salad - we asked first would it be a nice fresh salad, considering a salad there is £14.50 you might expect a decent level of quality, what they brought was limp and lifeless - not fresh - having complained and told the staff we wouldn't be staying they wanted me to pay for my uneaten meal - which was a burger and fries that cost £14.50. ( if I'm being honest it was not good for that money ) they told me I should pay for my meal and I could take it away! This is ridiculous as we went out to eat as a couple. They begrudgingly refunded me in full and I told them I would be happy to pay for some drinks we had not consumed as I didn't want to stay there, I told them I would not visit again. Very disappointed with the attitude arguing with the customer in that way. understand it's sometimes difficult dealing with the general public and the customer is not always right however this was clear cut but they wanted to argue. I've been before on several occasions and previously I would recommend which made it all the more disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic if I could give 10 stars I would. Was greeted by friendly smiley staff and our waitress was lovely. To be honest all the staff I seen all had a smile on their faces. We was seated and orderd drinks they came very quick I had the roast beat roast I've had out in a long time and huge well worth the money. My friend had a burger again great value for money and was a great size. I like that they offer an extensive menu even on a Sunday so there's something for everyone . We will be back

Wether you are wanting to have a drink or enjoy a superb meal, Ring O'Bells has got it all. Good quality food, wonderful & cosy atmosphere, indoors doggy area, beautiful outdoors space with covered seating and very attentive staff. Definitely a hidden gem in Christleton, which is a very pretty & quiet village at the outskirts of Chester.

O. M. G there isn't enough star's on here to talk about this place its a foodies heaven, so wellcomeing as soon as we entered, quick polite staff made you feel like your at home great place for families or just for a cuppa, quality food healthy portions... My wife and I shall definitely look forward to our return visit even though we live 90 minutes drive away

Could not rate this place any higher. Turned up without a booking so sat outside ready to order when one of the young girls who worked there,(very friendly, and never got her name), offered us a table in the teepee, as they had a cancellation. What a fantastic, atmosphere, with the open log fire. All food and drink arrived and was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a great end, to an already great day, (just completed crocky trail down the road).
