Absolutely awful food. Toast was moldy. Food was cold and the coffee was lukewarm and not even full! Tall young man had no hair net on through the hatch which is poor. Overheard a woman in no uniform say "serve it anyway" who I can only assume is the manager. Disgusting food and hygeine. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Stay clear!

·

Didn't eat here and glad I didn't from the reviews. Whilst standing in the queue, the server complained about my 2 year old making too much noise. She was actually crying because she was hungry and the service was sloooow. I really hope this horrible man doesn't have the experience I had with his own children. Horrible, horrible man.

·

Food cold, sent back twice. Was not informed at time of ordering no fried eggs available. Expect good food when paying a high price for the items.

·

Gave me bad food poisoning and ruined my weekend away. Serving food different to what it says on the board. Understaffed on bank holiday weekend and nobody knew what was actually happening. Avoid this place at all costs!!

·

Burnt pasta, crusty scrambled egg, fish fingers with no fish in them and staff who argue when you complain about the food and ask for a replacement. Will not be back and would not recommend to my worst enemy! I have pictures I can't post.

·

Suprised by the reviews left here. Our visit here was great, food was nice and the lady was lovely with my little girl. OK not the cheapest place to eat but hey that's what you get stopping at motorway services.

·

Diabolical. Cold drinks all warm, no glasses or ice so left with lukewarm coke. Food not very nice, most of it was unavailable too. Service poor and overpriced.

·

Fresh Food Cafe - more like Stale Food Cafe! Really looking forward to a slice of Victoria sponge. Absolutely rock hard and when I asked to see a manager some teenager came out! Demanded a refund, got it and went to Costa.

·

Worst food I have ever had. Did not even eat the food out of the fear of getting food poisoning. The food had all been microwave cooked, including the meats.

·

Giving a 1 star rating purely because it won’t allow me to give less. Appalling value, and disgusting quality , I had a ham and cheese panini and opened it to find the filling was distributed just large enough so it would show along the outside edge.Absolutely disgraceful .
