Starbucks Coffee- Chester Greyhound Retail Park in Cheshire West and Chester

Food was good and pleasant staff. They got my order wrong for my coffee, I didn't say anything so my own fault for not being 100% satisfied with my drink but they was very busy so I didnt want to be a hassle, though I'm sure the staff would of been more than happy to put it right. Been back since and got my order right, it was was a lovely coffee

Great service, lovely hot cup of coffee too. Took nan here as she's never been and she couldn't finish her bucket of coffee 🤣

This is a nice Starbucks. The staff were friendly, the food was fresh and tasted great and the drinks were good and well presented.The only reason this is not a 5 star is because I was asked twice whether I was dine in or take out and I made it clear both times that we were dining in, even checking the order with my wife who had taken a seat at a table. However, after this, everything came as take out so was not presented as nicely as a dine in option and meant we had take out cups to sit in. It was a shame because the rest of the experience was good.

Called in today (Tuesday 5th April) around 1 o'clock and was informed they don't take cash payment.I'm a regular Starbucks customer and don't have any trouble paying cash at other Starbucks coffee shops.Why is this one different?

Small coffee shop on retail park.Nice coffee, polite staff and clean premises.Toilets on site, although one closed on our visit.Couple of steps to get onto deck outside door though.

Staff are as ever welcoming and friendly. Croissant and coffee hot, fresh and good. Always a reliable stopoff.

Only had take out coffees but it was very clean and the staff although busy where very polite

Very good coffe , well presented , eady to park , only negative thing would be it was a bit to cold inside , rainy and wimdy oitside , but would be nicer if it was warmer ,Toielt was out of order also , so had to pee elsewear

Called in yesterday approximately 3-45 and was told very rudely that the toilet was not working.I enquired where the nearest toilet was and was told Dunelm across the road.So decided to go next door to Greggs for a drink where there was a toilet WHY would the male member of staff lie and send us across the road when he knew there was a toilet next door,what a nasty rude man.I suggest you teach this member of staff some customer service skillls
