Station Cafe in Cheshire West and Chester

Having phoned ahead to check opening times, we were told they were closing early. This was due to staffing issues which must have been known at the time of phone call. Very disappointing, its the 2nd time we have found it closed despite social media information saying otherwise.

A hidden gem, staffed with teenagers all working hard on a hot day, 💪, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful 👌They don't really do a full English but they accommodated us brilliantly, what's not to like 💯

Went for a walk here and visited the cafe the coffee itself was so hot it burnt my mouth and it was also one of the worst coffees I have tasted ended up throwing it away.

Lovely cafe in the old station building. Limited menu but very delicious and the chocolate cake was super.

Excellent coffee and the brownies were delicious

Great coffee. Very chilled place where you can have a nice walk along the canal. Not a great choice if gluten and lactose free diet.

Lovely little cafe, lovely staff. Great starting point for walks with the dog

Such a great facility after a lovely morning walk on the Whitegate Way. Tasty toasties and lovely tea, coffee and hot chocolate all provided by volunteers. It's dog friendly too.

We saw what time cafe closes on Google and it said 4 pm, we arranged for family to meet , at cuddington, so we would arrive at cafe before closing, we arrived at around 3 and were told they were closing, there were 13 of us and the little ones had been promised cake! We only wanted a drink and a cake, or just cakes at a push, but whitegate cafe wouldn’t serve us and shut the door!! Some very unhappy kids and grownups, second time this has happened to me here!! 😞

A great little gem alongside the lovely Whitegate Way. Delicious and good quality food that is priced well and run by friendly volunteers. Will be returning.
