Subway in Cheshire West and Chester

Ordered through ubereats, came to £50. Took an hour to get here, when it did we were missing many items... Footlong sub, 12 cookies, pepsi, meatballs. Rang the store and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Blamed it on 'aggressive' delivery driver. Didn't receive the missing items

Personally, I love this subway because the staff are always really nice (especially the younger guy whose name I don’t know sorry) and they don’t make you wait long for your food even when it’s busy. They also have a good variety of both hot and cold food which is always tasty too! :)

Ordered food from here; 2 boxes worth of items missing, all salad missing from subs, a salad box of just lettuce and a grim sub to finish it off. Do yourself a favour and go to a different Subway.

Staff were ok but the manager was miserable and rude to his staff In front of us which obviously made them uncomfortable. Get a grip mate, you're managing a Subway.

Quite the tight space but such friendly staff. Quick service makes it easy to just grab and go on a rush day!

We all ways use this subway staff are lovely. We always have sweet onion sauce. We was looking forward to eat it when we got home as it's my lad 10th birthday today when we had a bit of it we didn't have sweet onion sauce or was hot and spicy so we all had to bin it and when I rang up just to be told sorry

The coke syrup had run out and coffee tasted as if milk was off. I was offered replacement by the staff member as she rolled her eyes and made faces to her friends who were also in there. Very rude and unnecessary didn't want or need a replacement AS I mentioned it only so they could rectify the situation. Shame I can't give good review

Food was fine, and staff we're very pleasant and helpful to me. However the Chinese woman in the queue before me was a different story.... Racism is ugly. Even though I understood everything she said, I can see that not everyone would. But when she was asking for specific items that were so clear and pointing at certain things and the response was to put a completely different thing onto the sandwich and be rude to her. Disgusting

Always enjoy my food from Subway. I try to stick to the healthier Subs but on this occasion I opted for the Mega Breakfast Sub. Always delicious. The decor in Subway Stores are a bit dated but usually clean and tidy. Staff are always pleasant.

Quite good, better and cheaper than other fast foods, but the space inside is small an there are just a few tables.
