TGI Fridays - Cheshire Oaks in Cheshire West and Chester

Tasy American style food. The portions are very good too.We were looked after by Beth who regularly checked up on us and made us feel welcome.If you're shopping nearby, It's worth walking over from the outlet mall to here where there wasn't a wait to get in, whereas you will find all the restaurants within the mall will have queues outside of them.

Visited today at 12:30pm. After arriving we were seated and waited about 20 minutes. No acknowledgement of us even being there by the waiting staff. After another couple were sat behind us and immediately served we decided to go elsewhere. Shambolic service. Now currently sat in Pizza Express and within 10 minutes have drinks and our starter. Wouldn't visit this TGIs again.

Really good meal as always, love how consistent the food is so you know what your going to get when you go. Staff were really friendly and though a little short staffed they still all gathered for my son's bday song.

We Allhallows a lovely time the food was really nice the staff went above and beyond such nice staff I would recommend it to all my family and friend

No food on the menu available and heating broken. Sat there in coats, hats and gloves! We were there to celebrate a birthday on boxing day. Would not visit again. Staff were lovely though

Wow!Me and my partner travelled to Cheshire oaks to do a bit of shopping and decided to go to TGI Fridays for a bit of lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly woman called Kate who provided us with really exceptional service. We had both never been to a TGI's before and thought it might be easier as we have a 3 month old with us. We were right. Kate moved a couple of chairs for us and created a place we could keep our pram close to us. I ordered the Fridays chicke pieces and my partner ordered chicken fingers. We expected them to be nice but kind of a stop gap meal. But we were wrong, the portions were huge and for Chicken stripes they were absolutely lovely. What a lovely meal and great experience will definitely be back . Thank you Kate!

Visited today as we were visiting the aquarium nearby and called for lunch on the way home. Hadn't booked but they sorted us a table no problem. Staff were really attentive. Our server was Kieran and he was really nice. First question we were asked was if we had any allergies which was brilliant. Our 1 year old has dairy soy and egg allergies and we always worry about eating out with her. The staff explained what she could have on the menu, and were great and so helpful. Food was lovely! Will definitely be returning!

I had the full rack of ribs, tasted fantastic and the neat fell away from the bone! Desert was delicious. Staff are friendly and ready to serve you. Seems a little pricey but it could be me being a tight wad! Definitely going again though!

Amazing as always the staff were so friendly and made sure we had a booth as it was our wedding anniversary and they even remembered from when I booked and wished us a happy anniversary when we arrived I know it would of said on the computer but its the thought that counts haha
