Justchad pudding and pea omg not fit for an animal to eat pudding soggy and meat in sude very dry as if its been stood all day

Food was dry and cold. Ordered 2 kids meal but there were no toys. First and last

My local Fish Bar, guys were great, made an order but didn't have my cash card with me, they still allowed me to put through a order with a tab to pay the following day, staff were lovely went well above and beyond, the food is always great and the fish is amazing, definitely will be coming back regularly. Thank you guys.

Ordered pie and chips, had to wait ages for new chips to cook. Pie was taken out of warmer before chips were cooked and was stone cold because it wasnt left in warmer until chips were ready just sat on side going cold.

Ordered here for the third time this evening. Won't be ordering again. Food is nice enough, IF they get it right. Ordered a sausage dinner which turned out to just be a dinner as they forgot the sausage 🙄🙄 too busy flirting with customers. 16 staff but nobody is capable of serving an order correctly. Gonna go lucky petes from now on yummm

Fantastic food service very fast staff very friendly

Over the years we have loved this chippy BUT I don’t know if it’s a change in counter staff or something else, the last two orders we had delivered came with missing items. You call to ask for them and they argue with you about if the item is missing and how many bags were delivered then say it’s not their problem it’s the courier! After the counter staff don’t help you the manager is more helpful but today we had half our items missing then a further 20 mins only 2 of the 3 missing items turn up! Another phone call and disbelief on their part and finally nearly 2 hours later we have all our order. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered via Uber eats. Good took an hour and a half to get a 7 min drive from the takeaway. Food was barely warm when finally arrived, fish batter was rock hard. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible experience.. Long wait, batter like shoe leather, tasteless old and tired chips. I even saw one of the girls behind the counter pick her nose! Lots of unprofessional staff getting orders wrong and arguing amongst themselves.Wonder what their hygiene ratting is. Never going again. Wouldn’t give it a one star rating but can’t post this unless it’s at least one.

Hair on my food 😡 the musty beans were very dry no taste to them. I’m not ordering from here again. So disgusting 🤢 and disappointed 😔
