The Little Owl in Cheshire West and Chester

Loved this place. Sat outside. Excellent fast and friendly service. Great app ordering where you can easily add a note about no salad garnish, no raw onion or with warm milk and so on. Extremely good quality food and extremely good value with the 241 offer. And it gets better! Calories included against each meal AND a healthy option given for EVERY meal! Incredible. Swap your chips and onion rings for a salad and save 500 calories! Ok then! Portion sizes were sensible and not swimming in sauce, cheese or grease. Well done Marstons. And well done the manager for the good and speedy service. Very dog friendly and super playground for the kids. Not sure what more one could ask for. Really recommend a visit.

2 for 1 on main meals. Very good selection of food. Nice interior and garden for children if you go with them. Service and food good. Decent pub chain food basically for your money .

Had a lovely time here with my partner. We have had a tough time finding nice food in Chester but Little Owl served the best food we've had in Chester. Staff were extremely friendly, our server Katie was lovely and attentive. Food was filling, hot and yummy and prices of food was great. Overall really happy and if I ever come to Chester again I will be dining here again. Thank you Little Owl for regaining our faith in Chester Cuisine!

Returned here after a long time mainly due to covid. I was pleasantly surprised, food portions seemed larger and we didn't need to order extra chips for my husband. Excellent food

Had a great meal here. Partner and i popped in for a pub lunch. Scott was very welcoming and attended to our every need. I have an intolerence and him and the chefs worked round this brilliantly. I'd give more stars if i could. Emma

Food was really good and tasty, nice distance between tables. I am still not a fan of the sugar free only drinks on draught, even if they think a small bottle of full fat Pepsi a good alternative. Did not have to wait too long for the food. Also buy one meal get one free is there to, so that's not bad.

We attended on 21/12/2021 for the wake of my mum. The managers were extremely helpful beforehand and added extra numbers at short notice. The hot buffet was fantastic with unlimited tea and coffee. We had our own section of the dining area and the decor was clean and bright. I will certainly recommend them to anyone in the future. Well done Little Owl and thank you. Merry Christmas.

It was pouring with rain and we had just had a motorway journey from Sheffield through heavy rain in December so ready for a rest and early evening meal. The inside layout was open and bright so no problems seeing our meal which I appreciate. The toilets were clean and fresh too. At first we thought it was going to be expensive but the meal pricing accross two meals ordered together meant it was very reasonable. The meal quality was excellent and the sirloin steak, cooked to perfection. Service was prompt and pleasant even though a few bookings arrived at the same time as ourselves. Pity the Little Owl is so far away from Sheffield or we would be regulars.

Had lunch here with my sister. Pub grub menu. Two for one on mains (cheapest free) We opted to share a selection of small dishes. Food was nice. Lovely sunny day so we sat outside in the garden. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and super attentive. Great portions on the food especially for the price you pay! Love atmosphere, inside and out, great for families. Not much options for vegans on the kids menu, but my daughter ordered from the main menu instead and was happy with that.
