Good sized pub down by the canal with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating 💺 with a good selection of beers 🍻.

Came for birthday drink. Stacey made us feel so welcome and was so friendly. Made me feel like she was my friend . Food was delicious. She got us every drink we wanted. Anything we requested was never too much. Went above and beyond…. Give the girl a raise dealing with us pissheads at 1pm .

Only popped in for a quick beer but seems very nice. Good location by the canal but no sign of a lock? Gonna be gorgeous having a beer outside in the summer I reckon.

Good food , arranged meal even though kitchen was closing soon. Staff lovely. Disliked dogs being in eating areas though

Took me a week to write this much deserved review. Went for breakfast after arriving early in town. What a lovely pub! All the staff were very friendly. The place was spotlessly clean. Had a bacon butty cooked to perfection and possibly the best coffee I've ever had in a pub: freshly ground and from a clean machine. Kicks the arse off Starbucks any day!Went back for Sunday lunch later and was greeted like a regular. A lovely pint, once again food cooked to perfection (roast beef), and plenty of wine for my fussy mother to choose from! Thanks guys, you made her day, and my own!

Amazing staff. Blonde girl with piercing was very kind and supportive - she should get a pay rise or bonus ❗❗😁 Food was very very delicious. Alcoholic cocktails mind blowing. Nice and comfy inside, feels good . Lovely place to sit outside in warm days. Will back there often xx

Nice looking pub, helpful staff but food not the best. Ordered chicken bites that came burnt black after we had waited 40 minutes and were returned to kitchen. I was offered something else from menu so chose garlic mushrooms, nice but over salted. On the bright side the homemade chips were lovely but not a large portion.

Very nice steaks for all four of us. But obviously geared to the designer lager and cocktail set. Albeit had a nice pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord which was the only real ale available. Recently opened after a refit evidently.

Really nice venue and the staff there were absolutely amazing! Stacy served us and I couldn't praise her enough. She was so accommodating and friendly; it really made us feel welcome. The portion sizes are huge but I'd definitely recommend the homemade chips over the fries.A great dog friendly pub with a friendly atmosphere.

A lovely setting. A great place to sit and relax in the sunshine. Staff were excellent.
