The Morris Dancer in Cheshire West and Chester

6 of us had an amazing lunchtime meal to celebrate our sons university graduation. All the meals were outstanding and the service the same. Highly recommend, great location too!!

The Morris Dancer offers a huge dining area, whilst making that experience feel natural on account of its floorplan. Large outdoor area towards the rear of the pub. Local grassed playground to the side, not owned by the pub.Meals are O.K average to good, staff keep the place running, very effectively, even when busy.Meals are priced medium affordability. Our dining party ( Sunday ) had a range of meals from fish & chips, cheese pie, through to salad.Fish & chips 8/10 with a large portion of fish.Cheese pie, roasters, parsnip, carrot & carrot mash 6/10. This was account of the cheese pie itself ( which admittedly is a hard thing to get right) too much potato in it. Roasters 7/10 parsnips 8/10 and the creamy carrot mash 9/10

We have just celebrated our Diamond Wedding over two succesive nights. Food was excellent staff very attentive and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Lovely food and surroundings. Staff were lovely too. Very pretty garden. A little pricey but worth it. Overall great pub, would definitely go again.

Thank you so much for making my 40th an extra special evening. The staff were very attentive and service was brilliant considering we were a large group of nearly 20 we felt very looked after. Will definitely recommend to others. The live music was an added bonus with all the family young and old enjoying it!

We had a lovely family get together here with the little one and both sets of grandparents.A real mixture of food choies (apart from myself and me daughter) good Eastgate beer too.The building is very nice and the staff most attentive.

Brilliant service, happy, professional staff, great atmosphere.... food was divine so everything was going superbly...but then we got accosted in the car park for not paying our bill which we had(!!??) ...a tad embarrassing!

100% love this pub this is the second time I have been to this pub and it has lovely delicious food and has lovely beverages and starters would 100% come here again. Also one of th best pubs I have been too
