Tremendous pub cheap and cheerful and the team marvellous

To much smell of smoke from open doors where people smoked outside, otherwise good quality drinks and pleasant barmaid.

If you like horse racing and cheap beer this is the place for you. A bit of a locals pub but still very friendly.

It's OK, cheaper drinks than expected but with decor to match. On this visit the barman had a charisma by-pass

In Chester for a weekend break, cheapest beer we found and we liked the pub. Just like any pub on a Saturday night , 2 fights , 2 throwing outs and toilets had packed up but all part of the fun. 😊

Great beer, even thou it was busy got served really quickly and staff was friendly and beer was really cheap which is I'm always grateful😁☺️

Myself and a few friends came here to the Queen's Head last Friday bar staff are friendly and fast to give your drinks. And so polite when we looked over at the DJ box we didn't realise there was a Drag queen who was so lovable music is great when we got chating I asked her name it was Blondie I then asked for a song request and she was so polite to play anything I wanted also my friends even though she hold no prisoners! so funny with her banter definitely be back thank you.

Good little place to have lunch! Bangers and Mash were spot on, fish and chips left a bit to be desired. Forgot to bring out my tea so we had to go back to the bar to remind them after our food came. Other than that no complaints here!
