Pretty good food for not bad prices. A good little pub to stop off at!

when we arrived we were shown to our table by a man that could of been a bit more welcoming than he was. Food was lovely until it came to desserts we were asked if we wanted one and the person never came back with the menu or to take our order so after 20mins we paid and left we went elsewhere for coffee so i think the customer service needs looking at its not as if it was a busy time at 6 o clock there were 3 staff on that i saw

Unfortunately did not have a good meal yesterday. I have been sick since. The service was awful, we were ignored constantly and were going to order deserts but the staff were too busy chatting to notice the diners. My meal was cool, the triple cooked chips were almost raw and the peas had been microwavedWould not recommend

Just had an amazing Sunday roast. Food was delicious, staff very attentive. Really lovely surroundings. We had the best seat in the house right by an open fire.

We have just had the most lush Sunday roast at this gorgeous pub. We were well looked after by Sue, Lilly, And Chloe. Would fully recommend it. 👌We also were sat in the best seat's in the house right by the lovely open fire. Can't wait for our next visit.

Pleasant, friendly staff. Lit the fire for us as it was a bit chilly.Dog friendly-got lots of attention!Lovely food and surroundings.

Visited here today with my sister and grandaughter.We had a lovely lunch and the children's menu was perfect.Very warm and friendly, lovely staff,and couldn't fault anything.Will be visiting very soon to try the Sunday Roast,as have been told it's delicious

Disappointing meal this time, they got my order wrong so had to wait a long time for it to be corrected, then meal was very disappointing so not enjoyed on this visit. Ordered dessert and asked for some extra custard it came in a very small jug and although they had gotten my main meal wrong- they still charged me an extra 50p for the custard !! Disappointed this time as it has been good in the past visits, it will be some time before I visit again.

Just had Boxing Day dinner here and it was gorgeous! Great service (thanks Matt) and lovely food as always; we come here several times a year, normally for a Sunday Dinner and the quality of the food is consistently very good; lovely atmosphere too! We'll done Sue. mk

A gorgeous, quaint pub with friendly and attentive staff. Food was brilliant and portion size matched pricing. Would definitely come back if in the area.
