The Vines Restaurant at Carden Park in Cheshire West and Chester

Me and my partner have just got home from a two night stay here and we can honestly say it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the spa was amazing definitely worth the money and was a nice relaxing afternoon we both needed. We also did the vertigo which was a great experience. The whole stay was overall excellent would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be looking to book back very soon!

Me and my friend visited the spa 25th April and I can say it was the best spa day we’ve ever been on.I was worried £95 wasn’t going to be worth just using the spa but it 100% was worth it. We didn’t want to leave.There were no faults what so ever and we will definitely be returning :)All the staff were lovelyThe afternoon was amazingThere was a gorgeous smell when we arrived in the reception, I would love to know what it was.

I stayed there for my birthday for 1 night ,I arrived there late night so could not use the spa facilities or anything. After speaking to the staff about it they arranged an extra 2 hours for me to use the facilities with a late checkout and were extremely kind and helpful, they made my birthday a day to remember. A lovely room to stay with comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. They had left a beautiful card with chocolates all complimentary in the room. The restaurant staff were amazing too as I ordered boiled eggs just as the breakfast timing was about to end and asked if was not too much trouble but they were so lovely and bought out hard boiled and soft so that I could choose.Such a beautiful place with excellent staff that make your stay extra special. I will definitely be returning again and look forward to using the great facilities of the hotel again soon

Beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good. There are a few reasons I did not give them a five star rating. I believe the postcode directs you to the backside of the estate which has no vehicle access, so stay on the main road, A534. Make sure to use the SAT NAV postcode otherwise. Second, for such a nice place they could at least put some dividers in the men's bathrooms.

Carden Park- Cheshire’s Country Estates: This country resort has immense manicured grounds that reflect a tradition of excellence and 5 star services. The rooms are traditional and spotless with spectacular amenities and staff. We had a short stay that finished in their dining room… You’d have a hard time finding a more polished dining room anywhere in Wales (or the U.K. for that matter). We were there to take in a Wrexham AFC game, which combined to create the perfect mix of sports and country relaxation. Thank to the staff. The hotel and grounds are as historically amazing as they are immense.

I've already left a review for our fantastic weekend stay in the hotel, this review is specifically for the Pursuits/activities side of the weekend. We honestly couldn't have asked for more, we did Archery, Rifle Shooting and riding the Segways. All of the activities were thoroughly enjoyable and the time absolutely flew. It left us wanting more to the point that we will actually be taking them up as hobbies upon our return home. The staff also went the extra mile to thoroughly ensure we understood everything and that we felt confident, especially Chris who was extremely friendly and he really went the extra mile to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves. 5stars for sure!!!!

My husband surprised me to a spa break at Carden Park. The whole experience was seamless and smooth, couldn't have been better (only if we stayed a night 🤭). The staff were very pleasant and polite, very attentive to all our needs, especially Emma! My husband asked if there were any massage treatments available, Emma explained not at the moment but if anything comes up, she will inform us. She also asked, if one treatment comes up will that be ok? My husband said yeah I can have it as it is my birthday treat. When we went for our brunch in the restaurant, the chef specifically sent a dessert dish out for us saying Happy Birthday! This was a lovely thought and grand gesture as it was Emma that put the note in, not my husband!! 🤭 so yeah, overall excellent! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going again! Thank you to all the staff at Carden Spa xFor more information- there were 3 saunas and 2 steam rooms to choose from, indoor and outdoor heated pools, 3 jacuzzi outdoor. Drinks can be ordered whilst in the pool or hot tubs.

Got this for my 50th birthday and thinking this will be a wow factor. Booked in for 2 night stay but walked out on second day. Miss leading saying hotel and spa but spa is separate and we can't use it which we were very disappointed. There is nothing else to do just a acre of land for golfing. The room are very basic. Restaurant is nothing special food and drinks are very expensive. This hotel is well over priced and highly NOT recommended.

Amazing place to stay. Lovely rooms, the staff are all so pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Went here in February so didn't take advantage of the outdoors but it would be even better when the nicer weather comes.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. My family and friends had a wonderful time at Carden Park. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean. The New Year's dinner must be said it was sensational, to be honest, we are Brazilians, and after 5 years in the UK, it was the best food I've ever eaten. My compliments to the chef. Surely I’ll be back.
