The Waiting Room Bar & Lounge in Cheshire West and Chester

What a fantastic bar with amazing staff. It was so worth booking a table for after the races. The music was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend this bar to anyone especially for a place to go after the races. Thanks for a great night!

Excellent food and at a fair price . Cannot fault the service as it was above and beyond .Same waitress attended us all through our meals and what a credit to her company.Never .met a staff member anywhere else that spoke so glowingly of there owners and other colleagues stating they loved there place of work .A credit to the owner who creates this with their staff as it reflects on the experience the customers receive.I can't remember the young ladies name but thank you from the three of us and Michel's birthday dessert . Food excellent and thanks to the chef and his team .

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, good quality food

Great spot to grab a drink.Only saw the outside area which was warmed by heat lamps and had a covering to prevent the rain. The decor was very nice.The drinks were well presented and tasted very nice.The waitresses were polite welcoming and had good knowledge of what was available.

Fantastic food and service. Walked in, shown straight to the seats, left for a few minutes and then asked for drinks. All night the waitresses were attentive but not that annoying type of attentive where they interrupt you during a mouth full of food, the cheesy garlic calzone and BarLounge sausages were delicious!!! The CBA burger was amazing and the side of katsu curry fries are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I had the lemon meringue tart and my friends had sticky toffee, all which tasted fantastic, warning the sticky toffee is very filling though haha.Recommend this location for food, alcohol and a good time with friends, colleagues or family.

Lovely food and fantastic service. After a brief conversation with our waitress about what we were doing in Chester, I was brought a congratulations board with a glass of bubbly and strawberries. It was completely unexpected and made my day.

Visited late on a Tuesday night and to our surprise they were still serving food. Had the platter to share and it was amazing. Our waiter Lewis was absolutely fantastic, very attentive and knowledgeable. Great food, ambiance, and service. Looking forward to our next visit. 👌🏼🍴🍷

Came for boxing day lunch with parents/grandparents. The waitresses were excellent, attentive (without being annoying) and brilliantly patient with our elderly relatives. The food was super and everyone left very happy. Also lovely festive ambience! Thank you very much.

If you're in Chester you have to give this place a visit. Firstly it's really well laid out and the staff are brilliant. Super friendly and attentive without being over the top. The food is great and the small bites mixer menu is heaven... 10 out of 10 from my wife and I..

Love coming to Barlounge for good some good nibbles and cocktails with friends. This occasion were more special as it was my best friend's birthday. Even though the evening didn't start off so well with one of the unprofessional staff regarding the cooking but thankfully another colleague could rectify the issue. We got seated in the bar area and couldn't have been a better place for us. We were looked after by May who was amazing and made the occasion more special for us. She was friendly professional and very attentive, then after that we had Ben looking after us which the same he was very friendly and attentive. The service we have received by the 2 colleagues were brilliant and we would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you to you both again for making the night more special for us.
