Tuscano's Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

I would love to have given these zero stars!My order arrived late their driver apologised, saying they were very busy. Fair enough, I thought.However, the only thing was hot was the slightly burnt pizza. The rest of my order was cold and inedible.As I ordered through a takeaway service app, I complained using their procedures. I was only requesting part of my money back. Tuscano declined offering me a refund, claiming that their driver was stuck in heavy traffic. Which I thought was odd considering the fact their driver told me they were mad busy and also the short distance, 5 mins away via car.Hmm, which excuse is it?Definitely won't be ordering from these again!

I ordered food from this place which never arrived. I then called, assuming there had been a mix up. Instead, I was told the driver was experienced with the area and had delivered it to a man. I told him he must be wrong, as I am a single woman. He was belligerent, and kept acting like I must be wrong and the driver was right. I tried to suggest they gave it to the wrong address, and still they acted like there was no mistake.Meanwhile, if you look in Just Eat's reviews, you see endless reviews saying they never received their food. I don't know whats up here - whether they have a driver nicking food that they dont care about or the restaurant itself is not sending out food and just hoping your wont send for a refund, either way, they are disgusting human beings. Do not give them your custom - with so many worthy businesses in this harsh economic world, they don't deserve a penny of your custom.

Cannot fault the delivery service but that's the only positive. Food cold , pizza extremely thin. Portion size small. Some items replaced without letting us know to other items.Chips like cardboard.AVOID !

This place does not deserve a star food was shocking pizza looked and tasted like days old pizza and chips smelt and tasted like the fryer has never been cleaned

Food arrived early yet was cold; went straight in the bin. No doner meat on burger. I specifically requested salad, with no tomatoes on anything: received only tomatoes, no other salad. Chips had clearly been reheated and were tiny in size (despite costing £3 for a 'large' portion). Chicken kebab was scrunched up and thrown into a bag, dripping with excessive amounts of garlic mayo, and wet tomatoes just slapped on top. All around vile experience, and felt the restaurant were actually trying to mock us with the salad. Pretty nasty if you ask me, and when the wife has just finished work at midnight it's the last thing we need. Tried to call the restaurant to rectify, and it just dialled out repeatedly over the course of 15 minutes on two separate phones. I don't know what we have done to offend the person(s) who have prepared our order, but overall the service received indicates the restaurant were insulted simply to have received our order, judging by their lack of response. We'll just stick something in the microwave next time, and await the refund for what was a complete waste of £20. Thank you for nothing, Tuscano.

Used to like there pizza years ago but went off them a couple years back because the quality was no where near the same. A few months ago I walked into the shop 1 night to order 2 pizzas after work as seen outside they had a offer on collection orders of 2 pizza, but when I asked for my order he said rudely "no offer on tonight" and I asked why he said "because no offer" so sacked it off because of how he spoke to me.... However the other day a young lad put there menu in my door so thought I would give it another go. Mabey they were just busy that night and stressed.. However yesterday I rang the number on my newly given menu and rang 3 times and no answer... rang today 4 times, no answer again. I rang for about 5 minutes and wasn't able to order food... I just really don't understand the point of paying a lad and printing menus to put them in my door just to not answer phone when trying order.... it's a shame as 5+ years this was my go to pizza order but don't even see my self bothering in the future. And i bet this place has seen loss in business over the years and blame it on other factors even though in reality it is them selfs to blame

Order food at 11.35pm order stated for delivery between 12.15 and 12.35 no food shown up and not answering the phones joke of a takeaway

Went in for chips and cheese an hour before they closed, was told it would be a half hour wait. It was obvious they just wanted to close. If they don't want customers they should just close the door.

Whilst delivery was on time and food cooked extremely well I have only 2 small issues I ordered a calazone (folded donner) with added onions and mushrooms and garlic mayo now the issue with garlic mayo is they put it on top of the alazone instead of inside and also for price of a 12inch smallest restaurant does according to just eat app there wasn't enough filling inside it was flat but other than them 2 little issues food was gorgeous and very hot

Okay so we have been going to Tuscano for the last 2 years since moving to the area. Its nice but the price has gone ridiculous and no longer worth it, we can go for a meal out for the same price. For example, one 10 inch pizza, one 12 inch pizza and cheese chips cost £36, forget it! Plus I asked for extra tomato and paid £1.99 and got 3 slices of tomatoe! Such a shame....!!!
