Very attentive and friendly service by Nathaniel. New management mentioned and can see differences already. Happier feeling staff - pizza lovely as always, keep up the good work.

The best place for pizza in Chester! The food here is incredible, the staff are super friendly and we're willing to go the extra mile to make a cocktail that wasn't even on their menu (admittedly they didn't in the end as they were missing some of the mixers but the gesture was appreciated). Can't fault this place at all. Highly recommend

Visited on a sunny Friday afternoon by chance expecting a standard pizza and got something spectacular, the food was amazing and the experience was an absolute delight, the staff were extremely accomodating and helpful, would highly recommend and I can't wait to visit again.

Spent a lovely Monday evening here a couple of weeks ago, went for a cocktail off the specials menu that was pineapple flavoured and it was so so good. Had a rustique pizza which I have everytime as its so tasty

I went here for a meal out with friends last week and found my experience rather disappointing.Pros:service was quick, nicely decorated interior, food is priced cheaply. My favourite part of my meal was the flavour of the chips, which I would recommend.Cons:Firstly, the service I found was not great. I was served by three members of staff, and neither of them asked if everything was okay, offered us anything else and had a welcoming and friendly attitude throughout the night. On top of this, I found the food mediocre with lack of flavour and a sparse amount of toppings on the pizza. For Italian food, there are better alternatives also in Chester.. I also ordered a cappuccino, but again that was not as good as other coffees I've had in the past. Perhaps I came on a bad day, reading the other reviews.

You would not believe how rude this restaurant manager could ever be to a client in your life.I visited this restaurant this afternoon and ordered a cup of coffee and a pasta. When I firstly looked at the menu, it has two pastas. But I thought I could go for the simplest one, the tomato and basil one. It was very simple and any restaurant that makes pastas and pizza could make it. I asked the waitress if they could make it, she said she needed to check with the kitchen seeing if they have tomatoes. Later she confirmed they have tomatoes, and they could make it.When the pasta was served a couple of minutes later, I tasted it a bit sour flavour. I thought it might be because the tomato sauce they used was somewhat strong and had not balance well with those big chunks of chopped tomatoes instead of fresh baby tomatoes. Although I gave some feedback to the waitress, I still carried on finishing it without trying to make any hassle for replacement, reorder or something. When I finished, the manager turned up. I thought I could give her the feedback on this pasta. However, she seemed impatient and told me I was “rude” to order the pasta that they didn’t have on the menu. Wow, I guess any client would not expect to be told “rude” by a restaurant manager after the waitress confirmed they could make the food for you. This manager walked off, but she did make me feel she was very unprofessional, and rude. I told the waitress that this manager should not speak to a client like that. However, the manager heard me, but unfortunately, she became even more rude, telling me to pay and leave the restaurant! All other clients sitting around had noticed her offensive words and behaviours at that time.Nevertheless, I still tried to stay calm. I said I could pay for the food but I just tried to give some feedback. But the manager showed no improvement in her attitude, instead to be worse, she ordered me to leave the restaurant now! There was clearly a tone of threatening when she made that again. When I walked to the door, clients sitting next to the door asked me if I am OK? They frowned on the manager saying she was very rude. I really appreciate those clients who have noticed and cared about what I have treated terribly in this restaurant. All I what to say is, be careful when next time when you walk into a high street restaurant like this, because you never know whether you are going to have a worthwhile experience or an unforgettable humiliating nightmare in your life.

Top Class Pizza Restaurant. With Friendly Accommodating Staff. I have been numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. The only thing I would suggest is possibly Book for a Saturday Evening as it seems very busy at the moment. But I personally recommend this restaurant and always leave fulfilled and Happy.

We only had drinks, but they were excellent! My 5* rating is a lot to do with the wonderful lady who cheered up my cranky, chocolate deprived daughter like a pro! The chocolate brownie was as good as she promised and the other food looked and smelled amazing. We will definitely go back to eat next time we in the area.

We visited Urbano twice - once just for coffee and the second time - for dinner. In both cases the waitresses were very friendly and gave us an excellent service!I like my coffee very strong and there I had the strongest and most aromatic espresso ever! Our pizzas were delicious and huge.It was clean and the prices are reasonable.

Top notch. Gorgeous pizza, high quality ingredients from the mozzarella to the pepperoni. Friendly staff, big selection of drinks. Ordered a pizza and it came already cut in half on two plates which was a nice touch. Parmesan and truffle fries were delicious. Simple but high quality would definitely recommend
