Wok & Go in Cheshire West and Chester

The girl behind the counter was so lovely but unfortunately the food has just gone absolutely dreadful, wok and go have continued to drive the prices up whilst also lowering the quality it used to be so good. I’ve just binned my box and am heading to Thai by Thai in Chester market as its much nicer, bigger portions and £7.50 for a box. Should have gone there in the first place only went to wok and go because I had a voucher sad to say I’m going to give up on it again :’(

Food is good but the shop is a bit grubby looking inside. The tablets for ordering were abit hit and miss, kept crashing. But staff very helpful.

Both me and a friend had salt and pepper chicken, with fried rice. The rice was undercooked, greasy and hard. The chicken had a fishy aftertaste and was barley cooked. AVOID

Salt & pepper chicken had 4 pieces of chicken which were soggy. Rest of the box was just greasy rice. Really poor.

Ordered a hot chilli vegan box, the first attempt they gave me tasted like a box of salt it was awful had to take it back, inedible. Second box they gave me still too salty but not as bad but so dry! Awful food way over priced. Won't be returning.

Joke of a place, last four visits walked away with no food, excuses like no ingredients or staff and to top it off tonight "we've stopped serving now pal". 35 minutes before closing time 🤷🏼‍♂️ Never again, so much time and fuel wasted.

Food was tasteless which is a shame as used to be my favourate, couldnt eat steet fries as they were far to salty overall a complete waiste of money and wont be ordering from them again

The restaurant is clean and the services are nice. I was able to create my own meal by using the self service tablet in the restaurant.The food tasted nice and the toilets were really clean. The staff were very polite and courteous.My order came very fast and I didn't have to wait for long.

So disappointed tonight, we ordered a combo box and a make your own box for me and my son, only mine arrived, tried to call the restaurant and it rings a couple of times then a voice recording says try again later. Mistakes happen but how can you rectify things when you don't even take calls. Never ordering again.

Tasty, fresh and great value for money!I had the sweet chilli box which was really nice, a good balance not too sweet or spicy and the perfect amount of sauce. You get a generous amount of meat and loads of noodles, I had the medium and struggled to finish it all (which never happens!)Visited in the past and wasn't overly impressed but I created my own box and possibly just made a bad choice? Glad I went back, will definitely be returning!
