Yumi's in Cheshire West and Chester

We decided to switch the norm and try Yummys delivery out. Great quality food and service is fantastic. Customer service is top notch and will call you with any issues and offer extras if something isn't available.

Disappointed, ordered extra to get free garlic bread with cheese for grandson, when arrived no tee for him as we thought order can to £20-30 but they gave a 10 o/o discount, which was now under, but never stated your garlic bread will now not be included.would of paid extra or no discount to receive meal ordered. Then turned up cold.

Well ordered 3 times now and every order has been wrong. You don't get what uv paid for. Wrong food. And when you ring up to try sort it. They don't pick up the phone .

Ordered from here numerous times and always quite impressed. Very tasty food. Some things slightly more expensive than elsewhere but it is decent quality and great tasting.Do not order via a food delivery app though, order direct and you get a discount and free garlic bread if you spend so much.

Great restraunt which I have ordered from countless times. Food is great especially the burgers of which I recommend the Daddy burger. Pizza is also really good and very filling but overall price is great especially if you order on food hub app getting a 10% discount and a free garlic cheese pizza when spending over £15.

Love the burgers, pizzas and kebabs from here. Milkshakes are awesome - very thick and tasty, great value for money considering I can never finish a whole large one, so I place it in the fridge for tomorrow! The fudge cakes are lovely, too Would be a 5, but the chips are not great from here. Dry and hard most of the time, a shame. Never had issues with delivery or missing/cold food. Friendly service. Have ordered here regularly.

I wish I had reviewed this place when it was great. It was our go-to takeaway when we didn't want to cook because the food is good and the portions don't skimp but last time we ordered we had a missing item (which we let slide) and tonight three of our items were incomplete. I called to check we had the right order and was told I was lying - even though I was reading the item description from their menu and my receipt. They seemed more intent on shouting over me than correcting what was a very minor error. Im no longer confident I'm going to (1) get what I paid for or (2) be treated fairly - so we're no longer ordering from Yumi's.Great food though to be fair, so if your reading this review, it's a gamble you might want to take.

Awesome take away food, lovely helpful staff, reasonable waiting time and good prices. Used to pop in when had spare half an hour between son's rehearsals to get kebabs with gorgeous salad with pickles and son's favourite chicken nuggets and Nutella iceshake. Not tried their pizza yet however several times they added free absolutely delicious garlic bread to my orders.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Firstly i waited 90 minutes for a delivery and considering it is a 2 minute drive from where i live. Secondly the menu said that the chicken burger that i had ordered did not have cheese on it but turns out when it arrived it had cheese on it and i really dont like cheese. I tried to phone them to complain and the man on the phone and he said he would send out another and after 30 minutes the second one arrived but turns out this time it was cold so we phoned again and this time the man started shouting at me and requested that we dont order from there again. The food was cold, the customer service was disgraceful and this is why i do not recommend yumi's to anyone.

Well for a change delivery was far quicker than the given delivery time as opposed to 50-90 minutes later with previous orders.Milkshakes great as always, however I was extremely surprised to receive a cheeseburger (with ordered ketchup and fried onions but missing the ordered gherkins) complete with two hash browns.Here's a thought Yumis.... If I wanted to ruin the burger with two crushed (and therefore immovable) hash browns, I would have actually ordered the hash browns.So this time instead of throwing the food away because it was stone cold, I had throw it away because all I could taste was hash browns.Considering a chargeback on my CC. Item not as ordered.
