Nice atmosphere, staff polite and attentive. Garlic mushrooms were delicious but very disappointed with my main course. Ordered a Salmon and Prawn salad, lots of lettuce, few strips of cucumber, a cherry tomato cut in half, about 1 inch slice of salmon and 4 prawns around edge of dish. Price £15.95! It tasted nice but no way was it worth the price. Not sure if I would go again 😞

Great place. Good food.

Service was a slow and the food a little underwhelming given the price. Salmon burger was basic and my Chicken Kiev was nice but not spectacular. Deserts were nice though. 3 stars on this occasion

Absolutely lovely pub!!! Great food. The ugly eating challenge beat me by approx 2 bites of a burger. Definitely not one for the faint of hearts!Very accommodating staff. We had a large group for my uncle's 60th birthday party.Gorgeous beer garden! Will visit again.

We were lucky and got the last available table on an early Saturday evening. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and were great with helping out with allergy friendly food. The meals were delicious and generous portions with a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back after walking the dog in the park!

Dog friendly. Served the best fish and chips that I've had for a long time. All well presented with very good service.

Got the mixed grill, very tasty, couldn't fault at all. The staff were very attentive. I will be returning again

We went there just before Nye at about 5pm when it was quiet.Food came out really quickly which was nice. Me and my partner had 2 different curries and onion rings on the side. The food was really nice and we'll presented.I couldn't finish my curry so a staff member put the rest in a box for me to takeaway. Was really pleasantly surprised with my dining experience here and I'm sure we will eat here again, would recommend dining here if you haven't before.

Absolutely wonderful experience the food was excellent and Leanne was so lovely, it was really apparent that she loved her workplace and was passionate about delivering good service. We want to go back and work our way through the menu! Would 100% recommend πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

1 main complaint my salad leaf was black in places. Paid Β£70 for 3 courses and 2 drinks each. Pate was beautiful and the garlic bread with cheese added as requested was also delicious. For mains the creamy garlic chicken was good but the sauce was a little watery (We would personally prefare it to be thicker) the sirloin steak for a little shy of Β£20 I also found watery. And onion rings and mushrooms were greasy. Not sure what happened there. The peppercorn sauce and chips were delicious though. For dessert chocolate brownie - WARM of course :) was delicious. Mint choc chip ice cream with one and chocolate orange with the other. Be warned there full of flavour, tasted homemade. The waitresses were nice enough when they came to the table just a shame they spent 90% of the time lent up against the bar with their backs to us, so when we wanted to order a drink it took a while to get anyone's attention. Won't stop me from going back. But I'll maybe have a burger and a drink next time or maybe the takeout option rather than go for a full meal. Won't be somewhere I'll be going regularly or for special occasions.
