Birkacre Garden Centre in Chorley

Been here many times, for breakfast and lunch, the breakfast is great, well cooked, looks good and tastes great. Lunch was very good too.Can get busy, better booking a table, but there’s good reason, the restaurant is lovely, really nicely decorated and the food is good.

Presented ourselves at the door to be seated, why? There was only 3 couples seated and the staff member led me to a table right in the corner! Confused! BreakyNot worth a fiver now they have increasedThe price. Gota lovely cactus plant from the nursery tho!!!

Food is fine, but the cutlery is horrendous - really cheap, knives dig into the palms as you're eating. Why try to economise on this???

Garden centre is excellent, so much variety and range of plants and pots and the wife and I enjoyed the morning, however we went for coffee and came and their coffee cups were dirty as was the cutlery, decided to leave as in this day and age hygiene should be 100%

Nice food,quite good service, we watched staff clean tables but not the menus our menu had all sorts on it we had to clean our hands to eat our food,hope you will take this on board as we would like to visit again.

Offers good food and pleasant dining to please most tastes with good coffee and selection of Sweet's and desserts and reasonable prices, very enjoyable dining.

Lovely meal in relaxing well thought out cafe, friendly attentive staff .... I rang the next day after realising the till had made an error ....Hannah couldn’t do enough to rectify the mistake ..... an excellent service !!

Lovely new restaurant with good menu nice to have a glass of wine with lunch. Being g a nurse on the front line not happy how some members of serving staff not wearing masks properly. I'd say something next time

All of my family love it here at Christmas and visit every year but don't normally see Santa because of the queues. Their grotto is always amazing and understandably very popular, my kids just aren't patient enough. This year I saw that could book and I'm so glad that I did. The grotto looked magical, the staff were great and really engaging with the kids and everywhere felt really covid safe. The virtual sleigh ride was brilliant too, a great addition. My children both said it was the best Santa visit ever! Much needed after this year, thanks Birkacre.
