Burger King in Chorley

It was alright, not much rush but even then got the order wrong. Other than that service as alright.

Worst burger King going. Never have a full menu, no desserts, limited drinks, no sauce... joke

Does what it says. Was quite busy, and STILL the vegetarian option is indeed an option! Why most motorway franchises don't carry it I don't know, it's a real shame. I realise touch screens to order the meal are the rule rather than the exception, but the establishment seemed a little understaffed and I was (usual moan) only carrying cash, which was obviously not liked, as the face to face ordering station was unmanned. A missed sale, but judging by the queue I'm not too much of a loss....

Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be served or try and catch someone's eye. Wasn't busy one car in the car park. Gave up and left. Fast food my arse.

What a waste of time. Worst burger King meal I have had.I understand places are short of staff but wheres the staff management at.Happy to take your cash but if you have 30 minutes of your life to waste then fill your boots.By the time you get the food it's warm not hot.Don't take my word for it go and enjoy the experience for yourself.

Very poor service the guy who was doing the orders was rushed off his feet had to wait over half an hour for food only one of there machines for ordering food was working the other to not working. Plus side food was good.

Took 40 minutes to get our food, and it was missing the sauce included with the fries. They were serving about 6 people every 10 minutes and by the time we were served there was 32 orders waiting. The staff serving were moving incredibly slowly and throwing food into the bags and handing over ripped and crumpled bags. Horrible service and really didn't taste very good. Also the price is inflated for a service station so an Angus burger, tiny small portion of fries, and halloumi fries and a drink was £13.50. Terrible, just get a snack from Waitrose.

Dined here Saturday 21sat August at around 7pm, a little blonde lady served us as was absolutely lovely. It was so incredibly busy, but she kept her cool and was professional and lovely even when other guests weren't. She smiled and carried on. What a credit to this business!

Really friendly staff. The food was quick and fresh, and I had it my way. Also, they have really good ice.
