Friendly staff, nice and quiet for a relaxing break.

Great brownie and hot chocolate. However, really bad interaction with one of your members of staff. The girl in front of me asked for a got chocolate and the server turned to me and asked if i wanted one. I said I did but then she proceeded to only make one for the girl in front which i thought was odd. Then when serving me I asked for a brownie as well and she let me pay for the brownie but I said “Oh and the hot chocolate as well” as the price was too low. She then got really aggressive and told me that I should’ve told her earlier when she asked which i was confused by because I said i wanted one. She explained in a hostile tone that she could’ve done the milk together which I already understand as i work in hospitality. Even if I hadn’t have said yes when she originally asked she shouldn’t have been that rude - the woman should get the sack!!

It used to be very good, but a greedy management slowly put up nonsensical and incoherent paywalls, and completely ruined it.As an example, you used to be able to get a side of salad for £1.50. Now salad has the same price as a main (it's the same food!!!), that is, £5.

Nice veggie and vegan food including breakfast options. Local coffee, well-made filter and Americano, I think they do aeropress/v60 too. Fancy teas. Eduroam wifi.

Good food with excellent veggie selection. Slightly let down by somewhat messy tables etc, but the staff were very kind.

Always really good food and nice staff, decor is lacking and getting a bit damaged.

Over vegetarian. No meat or tuna. Could not get a coffee at 3pm as they wanted to close. Cannot them remaining in business!

Good coffee is more expensive than the rest of the site can't really understand the inflated cost

Staff friendly, quiche tasty, but salads unseasoned.

Great place, to get a warm meal with actual vegetables and flavors.
