Absolutely terrible. Ordered at 6.45pm and got my order at 8.50pm. I called twice and they told me both times it was on its way. When it arrives it was of course cold, with half of my order missing. I've requested a refund but they've denied, which is incredibly unfair because I didn't get half of what I paid for?!?!?! Despicable. Korma tasted like canned carrots?! Won't be ordering again!!!

Extremely disappointed with Daisy tonight. We are regular customers who order from here all the time via Uber Eats or Just Eat but we won’t be ordering from here anymore. We ordered 15 mins after they opened so 17.15 - we didn’t get our meal till 19.15. I phoned up at 18.31 and was told there’s was some sort of issue with the fact I’ve ordered via Uber eats something about a delay in them getting the order through from Uber, I’m sorry but that’s not my problem, 2 hours for a takeaway is a joke!I was told it would be another 20 mins or so, so it was due by 18.50.. NO ... didn’t arrive till 19.12I only live 15 mins tops from the takeaway so clearly they hadn’t even started making it when I rang up! If I’d of known it would be 2 hours I’d of gone elsewhere. I’m also pregnant & was left waiting for that amount of time with no idea when my food was really going to come, I couldn’t snack on anything as potentially it would spoil my tea when it did eventually arrive. If they were running that late a courtesy call would of been nice then I could of eaten something to put me on!What’s worse is this isn’t the first time, a similar thing happened last time we ordered but we let it slide on the basis they were obviously busy during covid but there’s only so many times you’ll be let down as a customer before you go elsewhere.Once we received the order we were again disappointed we had waited 2 hours for the worst takeaway we’ve had, the popodons were soft in the middle so we could only eat the edges of them, we ordered a mixed kebab starter and the onion bhajis that came in it were burnt, they gave us ‘free’ onion bhajis again that were burnt, the curry’s and rice were extremely greasy, so I would say 50% of the takeaway we ordered and had waiting a full 2 hours for went in the bin!! Waste of money and you’ve lost our custom!

Ordered nearly 2 hours ago and still not arrived. Furious. No call or anything. Enquired half an hr ago and they said it would be 15 minutes.. still no sign. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Ordered at 18:20, was told delivery was 1 hour.......19:20 came and went20:20 came and wentRang over 300 times beep beep beep busy!Now 20:50 and no sign or any way to get in touch......died of starvation....,...

Ordered a Pizza and it's very much oily. Looks like they deep fry their Pizza's.

Such a shame use to love going here first time in a while customer service terrible starter that was paid for missing but they wasn't interested said they would deliver it but I would have to pay delivey charge or what do I want them to do about it not the best answers when you went from leyland to get it won't be going again just read on other reveiws this happens should of read them before I went lesson learnt

Ordered Chicken Pakora, three different curries and 2 fries. They were delivered 45 minutes later, with the added bonus of free onion bhajis, pappadoms, 3 pots of dip and a small salad. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Delivery in Chorley is free on orders of £9 or more. They have an extensive menu and do kebabs, chicken, burgers etc. We tend to stick to the curry which we enjoy.
