We received a lovely welcome from the proprietor who made sure we were comfortably seated and took our initial order.My wife and I both opted for the roast lamb Sunday lunch, and we weren't disappointed.A generous serving of beautifully cooked, delicious, tender lamb and seasonal vegetables was presented to us.We were pleasantly looked after by friendly servers, who made sure we had everything we needed.A very pleasant, delicious and friendly visit that offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended and we will make sure we return.

Farmers went from great to very bad. A recent change in management is working to make it great again. Offer a very good Sunday dinner. Beer is good and the staff are friendly and efficient. I see a good future for the pub. Free pint after this review please😊

What a lovely gem of a country pub. Food is excellent. Very good English pub food well served and a traditional look and feel. The lamb Henry is excellent and the wife enjoyed her steak. Sticky toffee pudding g was lick the plate clean tasty. Good parking can get busy at weekends so book. Nice outside bar area for smoking with fire pit area. Nice owner who is very welcoming. Look forward to going back

It was warm, welcoming and perfect for a good lunch on a cold day. The menu is varied and interesting - my VEGAN friend enjoyed his lasagne whilst I devoured a lamb dinner with all the trimmings. Truly delicious ! Will be going again 🤩 *****

We stayed near here on a recent vacation, it was within walking distance so perfect for an evening meal at the end of a long day. The food was delicious, so we stopped by a few times and even brought my parents! Highlights for us were the roast dinners, and the steak and ale pie of the day. Lovely Yorkshire puddings, tasty roast potatoes and perfect veg. Friendly staff and the outside area is great to relax and have a pint.

Great atmosphere very family friendly, lovely hearty pub food. Food arrived all together for a large party of 8. Very relaxed feeling and customer service very good. Would recommend giving it a try, the decor is country style.

Took my parents to the Farmers Arms today and couldn't fault it at all! Such a lovely traditional country pub. Service was very good, very attentive and plenty of servers. Wide selection on menu including vegan and vegetarian. We went for the 2 courses including Sunday roast which was delicious and massive. Specials included interesting South African dishes. We'll definitely be returning with more of our family.
