Fredericks Ice Cream in Chorley

Long queues but that's coz the choice and quality is amazing....the indoor seating area is uncomfortable purely because the slow queue makes you feel claustrophobic..but honestly worth the wait....take plenty money with you! 😀

Great ice cream but totally in the wrong place. Tiny inside and limited parking. Most people illegally parked on the road blocking the pavement. But no-one seems to care as it packed out as it's great ice cream.

Having been a regular for years I was so deflated by the change in pizza standards. Tomato puree at best we had to scrap it off the wedge of pizza base disgusting. My daughter asking if she actually has to eat it.Icecream was good as usualBasically just go for the Icecream, we won't making a special trip again

Best milkshakes I've had... highly recommended... wonderful staff..... well worth the drive down... managed to park right outside the place 😊 Wish I had taken pictures to show you the milkshakes but was that yummy I only remembered after drinking it all 😅

Delicious ice cream from legendary local producer. What more can be said about Frederick's than hasn't already been said? Their ice cream is top notch, loads of flavour options, all of them absolutely delicious. Their in-store dessert options are also excellent. If you're driving past and there isn't a huge queue down the road, make sure you stop and get yourself a cone. You might as well, it's brilliant.

When I seen the queue outside, I knew this was going to be a great ice cream 🍦 treat... and it sure was!, deffo worth the wait. Super friendly staff and allowed my daughter to try a taste of one of the flavours to make sure she like it. We opted to have a nice walk along the canal while enjoying the ice cream. Highly recommended.

A lot cheaper than I thought it would be for such a popular ice cream, was served quite quickly on arrival! Just over £6 for two ice creams with two scoops.Suggest going early in the day as it soon gets busy! Limited amount of tables and chairs outside to sit at, can go for walks around the canal, Ducksbury Woods and Yarrow Valley at a push nearby. Will defo go again if passing.

Great place for ice creams,many flavours traditional, original and seasonal . They also do other desserts but never tried them. Have to park on the main road. Currently only takeout available which isn't a bad thing as you can go behind the ice cream shop and there's some outdoor seating and a canal if you fancy a walk.
