Kfc in Chorley

Absolutely shocking, happy to take my money for the order but leave half of it off and because it’s drive through you only realise when you get home, so there’s nothing you can do about it.

There were no hot drinks all three times I went there, but if it was a slow delivery everything else was fine. there was no wait which is good because it is in Chorley!!

Chicken wasn't cooked properly in the burger. No dips. Went Christmas also,no gravy or dips. Ask and pay for large still get standard size. We normally go every Friday,but not any more. I was lucky I could taste and see the chicken not cooked properly and spat it out.

One of the best in Chorley. Easy to get noticed. Very nice service. They have home delivery too. Tasty food to be honest and reasonably priced. Ample car parking spaces available. Drive through facility at site. Located in a well known place with other food options too .

Went 2 days ago, no ice cream of any sort, no fizzy drinks and if you do one there are no lids. We drove off and went somewhere else. Had more cold food there than hot.

We had the gravy box meal. The mini fillets were very nice warm and soft unlike the chicken breast on the bun which was barley warm and hard. No napkins in the bag which made it a bit messy eating it.

Always slow on the drive through, often wrong/missing items on order. Regularly not serving hot drinks and selection of cold dri ks not good enough. But i love the chicken, if i could buy KFC chicken at Mcdonalds i would because KFC is miles behind Mcdonalds in service quality

Not too impressed, asked for 2 chicken wraps with normal mayonaise. They must have scrapped the chilli sauce off and put mayonaise on as we couldn't eat it as it was too hot (spicy). I have an intolerance to chilli and hot spices, so not very happy as most of it got thrown in the bin!

Clueless staff. Everytime i go i usually scan the kfc app while at the drive thru window otherwise i get charged extra at the window as they dont add it as the deal. Got told today once theyve added the meal its impossible to remove it so they can add the deal, funny that i do this every single time and if a till doesnt have the capability to remove an item then thats a big issue. Had to settle for no deal and paying way more. Then didnt even give me my drink so very disappointed with being charged extra and missing items

Too many items on the menu unavailable. Ordered on the screen for table delivery (option offered by the service) but they don't actually do table delivery, so our food just went cold until we went to enquire.
