Mcdonald's Restaurants in Chorley

Once again disappointed! Parked up for over 10mins to wait for my meal only to get home and find part of the order missing one family member hasnt got their food. 2nd time i have paid for dood and not recieved it

Fries barely warm (seems to be common place here) Asked to park up for a basic order (I thought this was supposed to be fast food? Not sit and wait 10 minutes) The food was cold after a 2 minute drive home.Only reason I go is when I've been lazy and haven't cooked. Which thankfully isn't often.

Speedy drive thru, decent staff. Sometimes they forget the drink straws so dropped one star. Otherwise food is always hot, chips not soggy so decent for a McDonald's.

Busy drive through today, food was cold, bread was dry, all 3 large chips were half full. Also the rain runs into car from the roof as you pay and collect. Only thing spot on were the drinks.

I cant give more than 2 stars, the place is clean like any other as its a franchise and they have standards to uphold. But honestly based on eating in and out (with the rip off Uber who I'll never use again, also Just Eat) they often get things wrong. Basic things like giving a single burger over a double, wrong Ice Cream and worst of all giving a Hot Chocolate over a Latte even though they punched the right hole in the lid. Very messily put together, stacking ingredients over spreading and not putting correct extras. Worst thing when ordering online is they ALWAYS forget condiments, so you want Syrup for your pancakes you wont get them, order extra dips you wont get them. I cant fault any staff bar one who was very rude to an older guy shouting across the restaurant telling him to "WAIT A MINUTE, CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY" go to Horwich if you can drive, I actually had an amazing very well put together burger there including extras. I know their food is cheap (99p menu) and cheerful and we know its not the best you'll get but Horwich someone made it like the pictures and could eat without it falling apart

Order took ages, they forgot to put chips in the order and when I got home the double quarter pounder with cheese was only a single. Salad was pityful and they forgot the balsamic dressing. Only decent thing was the vanilla shake and Mcflurry. 😡

If you go to the restaurant and sit in (good luck in busy times) then its ok speed of service and the staff are pleasant enough, but if you order online via an app, then expect to have the wrong food delivered on occasions.This is a very busy restaurant that needs more staff, or more checks in place to ensure correct food goes out.

Came here after my driving lesson to get some food as was starving. It was packed so there was a fairly busy wait for a simple order. I do visit this one often though after my lessons and it's hit and miss with how busy it is.

Called in and ordered my food. While waiting I realised I didn't have my phone. Checked my car...nothing. Back inside I asked the staff and a member of staff who'd walked in just after me said she'd found a phone. A couple of questions and she got my phone from the office. Such relief!!!!

Clearly not equipped to deal with lunchtime during half term. Order was cold, completely flavourless, dry and half incorrect. The order is clear on the screen by the window and they managed to get the correct drinks, how is it that the rest of the order was completely off? I understand that mistakes happen but the incompetence of the two teenage boys messing around at the service window was unacceptable. Surely with two members of staff on the service window, they should be able to correctly supply what customers have paid for.
