Pizza House in Chorley

Used them for several years now. Lately the delivery service has been poor. Taken almost 2 hours for food to come and they do fob u off when u ring. However the food is good and is piping hot when it comes and with covid maybe need to give the benefit of the doubt as previously always good. Very tasty. Just book bit earlier

Ordered 2 pizzas, was told would be an hour ..... an hour and a half later still.no food, ring up to be told driver setting off now with it. No apology for being so late, driver arrived no food, then went to his car got it out, food not wrapped up, boxeswere cold, no can of pop which was ordered no apology just shoved them at me .... so sent them back, terrible service !

Have used this shop.for years but recently had to wait nearly 2 hours for food to arrive despite being told driver was leaving when rang shop to check on delivery time

Shocking and rude customer service. Asked why the couldn’t deliver as they have done before Was answered with it’s tough you live in leyland… I live In Euxton!! Took my money wouldn’t refund and hung up. Will not ever order again gutted!

Great pizza place! (Other meal options are available) Huge variety of pizza on offer and always, always cooked to perfection. It's very easy for me to post a 5 star rating for Pizza House Chorley.

Do like my Review if it was useful to you!!First we ordered a Hawaiian Deep Crust Pizza. It was tasty and no other Pizza stores in Chorley do this style of Pizza.Later on over a weekend we ordered some more Chicken Tandoori Pizza and Potato Wedges,the wedges were nice but the Cheeese on the Tandoori Pizza didn't feel alright this time. It smelled a bit mouldy ☹️ Not sure who to blame though.

Been ordering for over a year. Last 3 orders we're wrong.Order 1. Failed to read comments and sent pizza with wrong toppings. Took over 45m for a replacement.Order 2. Had hair in the garlic dip, we didn't even open it. We sent it back and ask for a replacement dip.Order 3. 2 x missing cans, 1x missing chicken strips meal. And we received a burger we never even ordered. This order took over 2 hours. We called up so they could send the missing items and take burger back. When it arrived an additional 30m later was advised we are banned from ordering. Asked why, they said no one else ever complains so we have been banned. Drive refused to take the wrong items back. They have the right to refuse custom and I respect that. However to claim that we are the problem when they are unable to send out items from a list is very insulting.

The mixed grill was absolutely amazing cooked all the way through juicy. The chips were first class crispy delight.Garlic sauce and chilli sauce were creamy.A MUST EAT WOWMy number one place to eat.

Ordered the combination kebab, absolutely brilliant. Also had different pizzas and they have always been fantastic. Polite on the phone, always on time. Best takeaway around. Had to leave a review absolutely brilliant food and presentation!

First time ordering from here, the food was fresh & hot when it arrived. Seems the better takeaways AREN'T on justeat which also makes it cheaper than the abysmal takeaways in Chorley. Will be using this place more often. delivery driver sound fella as well. Good service.
