San Marco in Chorley

Went here last night Saturday 12 Feb 2022, Table 5. Poor service all round is all I can say. Firstly water asked do we need drinks, we ordered them, but they never arrived as he got distracted and went to carry on serving food. Secondly when I got another waiters attention the drinks arrived but the lime and soda was virtually all lime with hint of soda, so had to return it. Following this our main courses was served but they forgot the fries and I had to tell them of this, once the fries arrived our main courses were virtually all eaten. So overall a poor waiter service all round, the lady at the welcome desk was lovely and polite though, but with the poor waiter service I will not be returning here again after eating here for a number of years now.

Atended 12th Feb 2022 table 11 our table was not even ready on arrival so many staff but very slow service 30 min long wait for a drink the food was not great at all below average. Happy to say 1st time and last time stick with the Olive Garden thanks

Lovely atmosphere and a good choice of food and drink. Friendly staff and great food. For dessert try the Affogato.

We went to San Marc's today as guests at my cousin's funeral wake, and found the food, service and general surroundings of the restaurant to be of a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and catered for the large number of people extremely well. We will certainly return.

We went here a few years back but didn't rate it.Upon our return we couldn't believe the difference. Food excellent, service great, atmosphere buzzing. I still don't like the larger dining room but that's purely a personal thing.Very Italian!!

Highly impressed with San Marco, excellent food, well presented and a delight to eat. The one slight criticism would be the tiramisu dessert, not the best by Italian standards. Still, the food is well worth trying this restaurant and the friendly staff are brilliant.

Nice food but way to crowded and hot no windows open was so many people felt like we was all sardines in a tin wouldn't recommend on a busy night at all as it is quite expensive even though its nice food I wouldn't pay that price to basically sit back to back with the next table

Really enjoyed a family lunch here. From our previous visit I remembered the seafood was great, so that certainly influenced my choice. Others in our group went for different dishes, but none of us were anything other than delighted. Courteous service, not too expensive and pleasant surroundings. Still plenty to choose from on the menu so I am definitely looking forward to another visit.

Lovely food. The staff are incredibly friendly and would do anything to help. I always go for the mussels whenever they are on the specials menu. They are amazing. Highly recommend this place. Great for date nights, birthdays or family meals. They cater for everything. I will be going back.

Gorgeous meals and gorgeous staff! The visit was thoroughly enjoyable and really nice, relaxing atmosphere. Food was so tasty and loads of selections available. We'll definitely go back again.
