Starbucks in Chorley

Visited Starbucks beginning of February, Just a WARNING check your receipt when paying contactless AS i was charged £80 for 2 coffees and a sandwich....

Just been in Starbucks in the last 15 mins coffee and tea , just to wet our whistle , coffee ok , the tea was one step up from dishwater, terrible ,so we left it

Service can sometimes be a little slow. It's frustrating when there are four employees on duty but only one is taking orders and preparing them. However, staff are very friendly and welcoming

I ordered the cookies and cream Frappicinue and was very disappointed to find out that it tasted like ice blended together and added whip cream on top. However when I mentioned this to them they redone the order free of charge so I'm pleased on that aspect and the reorder was much better

Oh my goodness, how slow. Too few staff and 'Andy', who appeared to be in charge, needed to get to work instead of talking!!!! The girls there were so busy and we waited for 20 minutes to get a tea and a coffee!

Honestly considered the 500 mile round trip just for the iced mocha made by May. I haven't had a mocha taste that good for over 10 years. Perfectly balanced in flavour, all made and served with a smile. 11/10

Very little control of Covid rules, tables not sanitised between customers. Cakes were ok and coffee was typical Starbucks, not much else can be added to a motorway Starbucks.

After we visited so many other motorway services in search of food on Christmas Day we visited this Starbucks. They were about to close for the day but the gentleman and a lady were very kind and they accepted our order.We got some super hot panini’s and coffee.Food was very good. We are extremely grateful to a lady and the gentleman for the great service.

Nice place, unusual music choice as always with Starbucks, creates an ambiance not often observed in other shops.Coffee is alright, certainly nothing to complain about; Prices are a little steeper than other coffee shops.Staff are very attentive and helpful; shop is very well kept and extremely clean. Overall would recommend.

Why is it that on a quiet Thursday afternoon that the staff can chat endlessly behind the counter but can not see the litter and used cups on the tables. Not rocket science to get them cleaned away and wipe the tables
