An absolute classic.Amstel on tap and tiny Indian platter to eat. Other food is available and also excellent.Gaming machine is weirdly dated. Get Thai Princess or Rainbow Gold and that would be perfect.Conveniently located for so many things.

Had a very nice Thai curry today. Was very tasty but just a little bit dry.Very friendly staff would definitely recommend. We'll done all at the woodsman.

Good choice of food on the menu. Bar serves real ale and a wide range of cask beers and lagers. Very friendly staff add to the enjoyment of any visit.

Popped in for a meal and a pint as we were staying overnight in a nearby caravan site en route to Scotland. Great meal, great service, reasonable prices and good beer.

Went for a meal with my fiance's family. With a table of 17 the staff had their work cut out for them. Despite the challenging people around the table they did a fantastic job.I thought the food was ok and was pleased to see a great selection of real ales and beers. Hopefully I can return sometime when I am not driving!BONUS TIP: go for the Camembert starter. Great value for money. My breaded goats cheese was not as good.

Nice food, lovely people serving, main courses a good size and sweets to please anyone. Kids meals were okay size for small kids but not quite enough for my bigger grandchildren but they were FREE With an adult meal. Excellent value for money.
